No instructions but non needed
No instructions but I watched a video and it's super easy. So far it works perfectly on cardboard. I will be using it on vinyl soon. Hopefully it'll work as I believe it will. No pre-punching required.

Didn’t work at all
Tried several grommets and the tool did not enclose the grommet around it fully. Had to return.

Everything I hoped and more.
I had purchased a more expensive brand and hated it. It was refreshing to see the grommets from this company did not fall apart, I do not have to worry about cutting my finger on rough edges, nor did I have to hunt down runaway grommets. From start to continual use, this tool delivers every time. I use it to easily hang photo backdrops.

Nice tool, works as expected.
I replaced the old hammer type grommet installer with this one. It is a nice tool. It requires a good squeeze to properly work but that's OK.
