Product didn't arrive after the initial order- appeared to be an issue with Royal Mail.Have to say, the lovely Steve at Gift Republic replied to my query almost immediately and a replacement arrived in two days.... Great customer service.Product good too- so the recipient tells me!

Bought this for a friend and it was a great success as something unusual and different. Would definitely recommend it as a gift. I checked with her this year and it has actually grown and is still going strong 2 years later so excellent product

Just great brought for my grandad he loved it

The packaging was awful. It was extremely dirty. The contents were fine apart from the cactus never growing to the stage when you can actually see it.

I RECEIVED MY CACTUS WITHIN GOOD TIME AND IT IS NOW MY BEST FRIEND. I EVEN GAVE A COUPLE AWAY TO FRIENDS, BUT THEN I FELT BAD ABOUT SEPARATING THEM AND HOW MUCH THEY MIGHT MISS EACH OTHER. SO I TOOK THEM BACK. NOW I HAVE MY CACTUS FAMILY.

It didn't grow at all...
