I am always looking for products to help my health and my liver is in need of TLC. The potency of these gummies are very high and i like the combination of Milk Thistle & Glutathione. They taste like a real gummy candy but you can also taste there is a medicinal in there as it is strong in ingredients. The Milk Thistle is a 30:1 extract so im very happy they're in a gummy as i never forget to take them i look forward to it. I need to simplify my supplement cabinet and these gummies eliminate 3 other products. Attractive bottle too I'll keep this on the bench!!!!!

This product is excellent. It arrived quickly. The gummies are easy to chew. I wake up with a clear mind and more energy. I feel less lethargic and have less water retention. I am taking many steps to help my liver heal so I am eating a lot of raw foods, stopping alcohol, cigarettes and now I am adding this to the protocol because it is convenient and strong.

Product looks expired and all gummies were sticking at the bottom...have to throw all away.

I find this to be an AWESOME supplement and am so glad I got the opportunity to review it. It contains two of my most favorite things - milk thistle and glutathione.This is probably the best milk thistle I've reviewed too. It has the most silymarin per dose (450 mg) than any of the others that I've reviewed. I really like the higher level of silymarin because it's so good for liver health. Milk thistle is a very good supplement for those who drink a lot of alcohol or just to keep your liver in tip top condition. Milk thistle in combination with glutathione is excellent at rounding up graffeen oxehide (misspelled on purpose) that has made many people sick after getting the Kohvid (misspelled on purpose) vaxxx. It helps to clean the blood of those terrible toxins. This supplement contains a LOT of glutathione, 900 mg/dose and a lot of milk thistle, 450 mg/dose and that is a wonderfully powerful combination. Oh yes, the gummies are very good too.

... take less or not at all...First off really a fan of the formula...and While i like the alkalinizers ( triSodium and triPotassium citrate) since most are acidic and hubby gets gout ( high uric acid), the problem is he has a bp rx that wont mix well with these in their regular doses.. as for me, i have to take opposite time of baking soda etc..So as always, check with pharmacist on any supps if your on Rx, AND, if like me you take a lot of supplements, you need to keep an eye on the total amount of alkalinizers..I am opting for 1 as a dose..That leads me to why only 4.5 stars..The bottle for one is hard to read, even with readers on.. and its hard to snap a shot with phone to enlarge.. thats annoying..Also a serving is 2 but other side says take 3.. thats confusing..I mean obviously you can always opt to take 1 2 or 3 but clarity is nice..As far as taste and texture .. good textureSweet flavour..👍It meets my usual preferences of 🇺🇸🌿 andThat my thistle be standardized to 80% of silymarin, the main part im looking for..I use not just for overall health but to detox poor ole liver from otc meds, alcohol and lousy food ( did u know high fructose corn syrup directly affects your liver?)👍 good product, descriptive page, sleek packaging, easy to take, but half star forHard to read and confusing directions..I wouldnt hesitate to buy again althoughA standalone thistle/ gluto supp is easierFor me..🐈🐈🐈🐈1/2

The first thing I noticed about this supplement was that, considering the fact that it is a complex of different ingredients combined, it actually has pretty decent sizes of dosages. I have noticed that usually when you take a combined complex like this most of the time you get a little of each ingredient. This actually is quite impressive.For instance, each serving size supplies you with 450 mg of milk thistle. This is quite impressive and it is an even higher dosage than I usually take when I take this ingredient as a standalone supplement. You also receive 900 mg of reduced glutathione per serving size. This an impressive dose. Another thing I like about this particular brand is that it contains black pepper. Black pepper helps your body to absorb these ingredients. Without it, your body wastes a lot and it can not harvest the maximum benefits so I was glad they included this in here.Good deal for the price too. Now, the only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because I'm really not a fan of the taste. The taste itself is pretty good but it has a very bitter and weird aftertaste to it. It is kind of strong.
