Solid towel bar and sturdy. I would have given it 5 stars for install but it was a bit tricky aligning the two parallel mounts to be perfectly vertical but this should not be a hindrance to purchasing.

I ended up hanging this on the back of the door. There's something about the styling of it that doesn't quite jive, but it is a solid towel rack and it does it's job. Looks just like the picture.

I bought three of these to hang my Tablecloths in my dining room closet. They are exceptional quality and do the job! Highly recommend these for whatever you would like to hang up!

I purchase this to hold a few hand towels and face towels. The spacing between the bars is not enough, especially if needing to dry a wet towel, so I did not install the middle shelf. Overall, it's a wobbly product. I installed as securely as product allows. I only recommend if you cannot afford anything else.

It's okay, but really thin and cheap for the price. Should cost more like $20-25. Take your time installing as it does not naturally square up and you might install a parallelogram instead of a rectangle.

This item is very cheaply made, overpriced should of been priced around $ 10-15.00, you have to assemble yourself, no instructions. Would not recomend for this price.

Very nice! Easy to install and using correct tools provided is well secured on the wall.

Disclaimer: My husband and I do our own renovations, so the ease of use we had with this may not be the norm. We have a large selection of tools at our disposal.You will need an Allen key (hex key) to tighten up the assembly of the bars before you install them on to the plates. There are no instructions with how to put the thing together, so you better hope you understand how bugle head screws and threading works. I'm not sure what the other method of install is with tape, because we didn't receive anything like that.Once we got all the pieces laid out, we were able to figure out how to put it together. The bolts to install the bars to the plates were in the backs of the bars, and the 4 screws in the baggie are for installing the whole assembly to your wall/door. We installed to our bathroom door and so we didn't need the drywall plugs that came with it. There are also 4 brass threaded "nuts" and 4 stainless caps, they go together. You put the nut over the screw before you screw it in to the wall/door and the nut will allow you to thread the cap on once install is complete.We noticed right away that the whole thing wasn't square, which is not ideal but nothing in our house is really square so we're kinda used to it. Once it was installed, it's pretty sturdy. It holds all the towels we use daily and the larger size still works with the swing of the door, none of the towels get in the way of shutting the door. It's a low profile so it's not taking up a ton of space in our small bathroom.When I ordered, there wasn't anything in the description or seller details that indicated it would be imported into Canada, so when I was told there was a cash on delivery (COD) upon pickup at the post office, I was not too happy. I emailed the seller immediately to ask about this detail missing from their product detail and they were willing to refund me the COD charge as a gesture of good customer service. The base price for this came to $51.44 after tax, so I was happy that the additional $21.11 that I paid for import was refunded to me (I likely wouldn't have bought it knowing there was a risk of an import charge of an unknown amount).The seller is quick to respond to questions/concerns. Overall I am happy with my purchase, especially that it arrived at the earlier end of my expected delivery window rather than later on.

So far this bar rack is fantastic.I needed to make the most of a tiny 5×7 bathroom and this is it.

Firstly, towel rack received was not the same model as indicated.The one I recieved was poorly made as one of the screw covers supplied is faulty and will not thread onto the screw.
