Q: Do you clean your windows with water only or can you add any chemicals to clean everything thoroughly?

The pole doesn't have a device to add a cleaning solution but I have a separate mixer which I can fit in line with the hose to introduce detergent into the pipeline. This came from a previous heavier window pole and I don't know if it can be purchased separately.

Q: What is the water speed per minute from the head

This depends on your mains pressure. You just connect the hose with the brush attachment to your garden hose and mains tap. You can adjust the speed to some extent with the amount the tap is turned on.

Q: Dose this come with abag or holdall to keep it all together

No, there was no bag with mine. It came in a long cardboard box and a variety of plastic bags inside.
