We LOVE our Hiboy Scooters. We have bought 2 over the last couple of years. Price is amazing. Range is great. Speed is fast enough. Safety lights are bright. Undercarriage lights are awesome (also for safety.) I can recommend 100%.Customer service is VERY important to me : After a year and a half or so, I had an issue with the battery on one of my units. It was out of warranty, but I reached out to Hiboy, and got a fast response from Nancy in the customer service department. They offered tech support to pinpoint what the issue was, and then offered me a discount to buy a replacement battery for saidunit. Shipping was fast. Installation was easy (step by step instructions included.) Fixed my issue and all is good.I will keep recommending Hiboy to anyone that is looking for an entry level scooter !!!

We got two of these and they really are well built and fun to ride. I am 205 pounds, and estimate that I can get about 12 miles from the battery. The motor is strong, and does really get to 19 MPH in sports mode, and can go around 11 MPH up hills. The controls are simple, and are easy to use.I am removing one star for 2 reasons: 1) I really wish that the scooter had a welded metal hook big enough to allow for a bike lock. Putting the lock into the wheel spokes is not ideal. If someone tugs on it, they are pulling your your wheels. 2) The app only works when the center console is powered on. So when it's charging, there is no way to connect and monitor the battery. I sure wish I could see it get to 100% from the phone .All in all, great scooter and recommend.

Wow! Would not hesitate to buy from this company again. The scooter has wonderful features and my grandson is so happy with it. I paid about $100 more and then the day that the scooter arrived to the house it went on sale on Amazon. I contacted Hiboy and even though that was the weekend I got a very quick response with both phone and email. They promptly refunded the difference in what I paid on the sale price.Two days later, we now are very familiar with all of the scooter’s abilities. It has great suspension, wonderful lighting and safety features, smooth ride, fine grip on the deck, very comfortable seat, I could go on and on, but we are so happy with it!

I would rate this 5 star, best product and investment I've ever made, the only thing is that the ring bell is so weak that it broke on the first day of use, didn't like that at all but the whole scooter works well!
