Booyah Stik by Bob and Brad - Exercise Stick for Stretching, Walking, Mobility and Ba

I subscribe to Bob & Brad's invaluable YouTube Channel. As someone in their mid-60s with a lot of life under my belt, I have a lot of aches and pains. Their channel has taught me a lot of PT and stretching exercises that go beyond what my own PT's have offered me in the past. I saw them demonstrate this Booyah Stick and said …"why would I need that?" but then after trying to do my PT-assigned stretches and strengthening exercises on a daily basis, the lightbulb went off in my head.My husband kindly bought this for me for Mother's Day, which I just received a couple days ago. It is very sturdy and seems very durable. I've been able to perform my exercises/stretches very easily using the Stick, and believe it or not, I feel a lot less tight and inflamed in my upper body as well as lower. Also can use it to massage my hamstrings, which feel inflamed for months as well as the top of my knees and thighs.It comes with a booklet of suggested moves, plus Bob & Brad have a lot of videos you can use featuring Booyah Stick. So happy I got it! It will help me increase my strength, flexibility and range of motion.Thank you, OTPT (manufacturers) and Bob & Brad. Also I believe it's made in the USA.Booyah!

Do I love this stick?? You can bet on it that I do! It added another dimension to my physical workout routine. I incorporate it into my yoga and weight lifting routines. The stretches, with it, are so much more defined.And I can isolate muscles that need stretch, much better. It is made well and easy to handle.

I fell in July of this year and broke my humerus bone close to my shoulder. Once it healed, my orthopedic dr. was confident I could regain my mobility by myself. I had been watching videos of Bob and Brad so I toured their store and found exercises I could do with the Booyah Stick. This stick helps so much with mobility because you are forcing your injured arm to move in conjunction with the other one. I have made so much more progress with this than I would have just doing it on my own. When I regain full mobility, I plan to use the booyah stick in many of my exercises....there is also an informative little booklet that comes with the stick.

Excellent exercise and therapy device. Pricey for what it is but I have been very happy with it.

Look I could just use a broomstick or pvc.. but it's made this way for a reason. The fiberglass or acrylic it is made from is strong and light.The rubber on the ends didn't mark the floor or carpet, not did it slip unexpectedly.Great tool for stretching!
