Amazon EssentialsWomen's Classic-Fit 100% Cotton Sleeveless Tank Top, Pack of 2

I am 5'7 and 175 lbs senior. I first ordered the XL in Coral Orange/Golden Yellow. They fit, but I thought if they shrink up at all after laundering, they will be a bit too small for me. I then ordered 2 more sets in XXL for comparison--Coral Orange/Golden Yellow and Clay/Light Pink. I wanted the XXL to give me a bit more room in the bust and tummy without making the armholes a lot larger. Looser clothing is cooler in this horrible heat and humidity, and looser clothing is more flattering to someone my age and weight.The XL:The armholes on the XL were okay, but I did see the "wings" a lot of other reviewers mentioned. If the XL had a bit more room in the bust and tummy with the same size armholes and perhaps an extra 1.5" in length, they would be more of a "perfect fit" for me.The XXL:The 2 XXL sets arrived a few days later (each set shipped from totally different locations in the U.S.). The XXL Coral Orange/Golden Yellow was very, very, slightly larger than the XL. The difference helped, but it is still not the fit I hoped for. I still think they would be too small if they shrink at all However, I think I am going to keep them ONLY because I really need some tank tops NOW due to the extremely hot and humid weather, but it annoys me that the XXL in this colour combination is only very slightly larger than the XL in the same colour combination.The XXL Clay/Golden Yellow set was a different story.The XXL Clay/Golden Yellow set had the roomy fit in the bust and tummy that I wanted, but the armholes were too large. If I raised my arms, anyone could have seen inside the tank without even trying. I figured I could tack the armholes pretty easily to make a near perfect fit for me because this set was large enough in the bust and tummy that if it shrunk slightly, it would still fit well aside from the arm holes.However, this XXL in Clay/Golden Yellow were missing their tags and looked as though they had already been returned once or twice already, so back they will go for this reason alone. I do not mind tacking under the arms, but if I order a new garment(s), I expect it/them to arrive with tags on them. I am so disappointed in this set because overall, it was the best fitting set of the 2 XXL sets I ordered. I could have tacked the armholes and been satisfied with the fit if only they arrived looking "brand new."Colours:The colours mainly looked exactly like the photos---yea!!! The "Light Pink" in the Clay/Light Pink set looked like a very light lilac to me instead of light pink, but that was not a problem---close enough. Lilac is a better colour on me anyway. My skin has too much olive in it to work well with true Pink.Fabric:They all seemed to be all cotton---yea!!! They were not super sheer, but they were not totally opaque either. If I wanted to wear these in public in daylight, I would definitely need to wear a bra underneath or a jacket over them. However, I bought them to walk my dog around the neighbourhood at night in triple digit heat, so not many people will see me very well in the dark. The t-shirts I normally wear have been too hot in this weather. I definitely needed something sleeveless and cotton.To sum up, if your bust is 43"-44", the XL will fit, BUT there will be no extra room if you put on any weight or. if they shrink after washing. Being 100% cotton, they are not very stretchy, so keep this in mind. If you like a truly loose fit, you may want to opt for the XXL.I do NOT recommend putting these 100% cotton tank tops in a dryer, folks--they would likely shrink by at least 2 sizes. Cold wash and line dry them only!The XL's length is fine, but it would be a tad nicer in my opinion if it were about 1.5" longer. The cotton material is okay---not super high quality pima cotton or anything, but not the bandana thin stuff from China that I usually see here on Amazon. If you want to wear them in daylight where people will see you, wear a bra and/or a jacket.The XXL is just marginally larger than the XL in one colour set and a fair bit larger in the other colour set. So do not expect all colour sets the same size to actually be the same size.There is too much inconsistency in sizing in these tank tops as with so much clothing these days. Quality control is abysmally lacking. This is the big reason why I am always so hesitant to order clothing on Amazon--poor quality control and prices much higher than they should be for the quality. However, I hate to shop in stores anymore, which is why I occasionally order clothing on Amazon, but I may have to overcome my in store shopping aversion in future in order to get a better fit for a price more commensurate with the garment's quality. The quality is no better and perhaps a bit less than you could find at Walmart.Honestly, for what these are, I think a set is really worth no more than $15 max. With moderate use (absolute max 4X per month for each piece), washed in cold water, and line dried, I imagine these tank tops would wear for 2 seasons, possibly 3 seasons at most. You will not be able to hand them down to anyone like families could do in decades gone by. The stitching is not bad, but it is not super solid either, so be prepared with a needle and thread just in case. I am sorry to sound like such a Golden Oldie, but in my day, if you needed a size such as Small, Medium, Large, etc., in any garment made by any maker, the sizes were consistent. Also, the quality of the material, buttons, zippers, stitching, etc., were all good enough that you could pass down garments in your family or donate them as decent, wearable clothing. Those days are long gone, though, and more is the pity.For the price point of $25.75 with tax per set, I give these tanks a 5 to 5.5 out of 10. The quality control is just not there, but the colours are very nice, and the material just is okay--more opaque than a bandana but not nearly as nice as a high quality pima cotton.I hope this review will help others find the correct size and be prepared for what arrives.

I wear cotton tank tops to bed. I've always had to buy men's Gildan size large, because I couldn't find any that fit as well. Gildan was never a perfect fit, too long under the armpits and too long. Recently, they started to make the Gildan ones smaller across. I couldn't just size up to XL because those were humungous. So, I've been on the lookout to replace them. I came across these Amazon Essentials Women's Classic-Fit and I'm super impressed. Eventually, I will replace all my Gildan's with them. I have purchased six, so far. I wear a large, but these run small, so I had to get XL. Once you wash them, they fit like a large. They wash up great and they fit well enough to wear out as a regular tank top. I like that there are many colors, but of course I'd like even more. The Gildan's were always getting holes, didn't last all that long, and have recently gotten much thinner in material, and while the Amazon Essentials are fairly thin, the material looks to be very good quality and I expect them to last longer than the Gildan's. I'm very happy with these tanks, just remember to size up one size.*UPDATE: I have washed the light pink one once and it already has a hole in it. The material is quite thin, so maybe that is why this happens. They are substantially thinner than the Gildan heavy or ultra tanks. I'm very disappointed and have downgraded my review to 3 stars. If things change and that was just a one off, I will update accordingly. Also, the Charcoal Heather and Light Grey Heather ones are slightly smaller than the other colored ones I have, but not enough to bother me.

this is a great top of good quality just not for me. purchased a medium first and it was too large. then ordered a small and still too large but only around the neckline and the armhole openings. wish these would have fit better but just not cut right for me and what I was looking for in a tank top. I am about 5' 4" and 110 lbs.

I chose theses tank tops fully expecting to return them. I was pleasantly surprised they ticked all the boxes: 100% feel-good cotton (not flimsy see-thru cotton,) made in Guatemala, adequate butt area coverage, maintained shape after initial washing with no fading. The fit is "slightly" loose and overall perfect for me.

These are a little long for me because I'm short. They are not particularly flattering or unflattering. I think they're perfect for hot days, outdoor activity, and camp.

These are a size off for me. Should have ordered up

なかなか気に入ったタンクトップがなかったのですが、今回購入して、今までにない着心地で気に入ってます。

価格が安すぎると感じ、縫製などは期待していませんでしたが手元に届き確認し問題無し。生地もしっかりしています。

Me las compré para estar poco casa y me encantan. No son demasiado gruesas ni tampoco finas, se secan rápido y los colores son bonitas. La única apega que les pondría es que tallan grande sobre todo por la zona de las axilas y hacen un poco de bolsa, pero por lo demás genial.

Buena calidad de algodon . Tallan un pelin grande pide tu talla habitual . Yo soy una s y pedí una M pq no quiero ir ajustada y me equivoqué.
