My wife is not the craftiest person, so consider the source when reading this review, however, she did find this cane webbing to be cool for a table top project she is working on. She's trying to resuscitate an ancient Ikea table that we really should just replace, but the cane/rattan trend is in, and she like the table for the space, but wants to update it. She liked working with this product, found it easy to cut/lay and used adhesive well, she just didn't like the final product (more user error, than product issue lol). Overall would recommend

This was absolutely perfect for what I needed it for. I was trying to make a decorative cover for my internet modem, I took 3 equal sized picture frames and I glued/stapled this webbing to each frame individually, the I glued them together as a 3 panel box (left, right, front) and it covered the modem easily. Keep away from objects that can overheat - so don't leave it too close to the modem or other items.It is beautiful and sturdy. I might purchase more for future arts & craft projects.

This cane mesh arrived in a roll and has only a natural smell. I have used a fair amount of jute, sisal and other natural materials to make a cat tree, and this material is one of the lowest odor of them all. Some natural products nowadays seem to have a bit of mold on them, this seemed fine.I used this rattan mesh as a part of my DIY cat tree, to cover some plastic pipe uprights that hold up kitty platforms. It looks nice, and worked fine for that use.

Seems like it was sitting on shelf for years

A nice roll of can webbing. As someone else mentioned, it has a ton of uses. I will use it in making journals. It seem to be sturdy and will make a nice addition. The price is right if you are using it to patch or decorate a small area. I have to say getting it out of the black plastic wrap was near impossible but once out, I was very pleased.

This is really nice rattan -- perfect for DIY projects at home! I'm excited to use this .

Comes at about 12.5" wide but one edge is pretty frayed so at sections, I could see it being less than 12" of usable material. Keep this in mind when you order and get one wider if you need it closer to a foot. Otherwise this is nice and has tons of uses. Price isn't bad but you can definitely find a discount on larger amounts.

Good material for projects calling for wicker.
