Great purchase
Was worn between paying for a brand new one or refurbished one in the end I choose the refurbished one came in a plain brown box with eco dot and charger with instructions. Very easy to set up I personally just use it for the clock but i have via Bluetooth played music via Spotify and good quality sound and it came in perfect condition without any visible marks so very happy.

Very glitchy
When I first bought this it worked fine, over the last few months it started dropping connection, not responding just the light going round, the alarm works when it feels like it, and when you say alexa stop, the alarm goes off only to go off again 9 minutes later. This should only happen when you say alexa, snooze. I was going to send it back but its out of warranty. This is when I first noticed that I had bought a refurbished product, I should have seen that when I ordered, if I had I would have bought a new one not something that someone else had sent back, my bad. I have just ordered a brand new one gen 5. Hoping that this one works OK. I have a few echos around the house all seem to work OK so here's hoping this one won't be iffy.

Not repaired at all
The reason it's cheap is because it has not been repaired. Does not work at all and spent a long time trying all the troubleshooting issues and followed all the instructions on the app. Very unhappy with this product which wasted lot of time. I should've known the price was too good to be true.
