There a a lot of reviews out there about the assembly, it really isn’t that bad. I was nervous buying because so many people struggled with it and it worked it really well. One thing to keep in mind- do not tighten the bolts while putting it together until the end. Keep them really loose other wise you won’t be able to fit the horizontal wood piece between the legs. There will also be gaps on these parts, we used a drill to crank down the screws and we still had gaps. Don’t buy if this will bother you. The chairs themselves are awesome quality with real wood and springs. Super comfortable and they are gorgeous!

The bar stools are great but the delivery was horrible. All the screws and bolts were just thrown in the box. There was so many missing pieces I had to go to Home Depot and buy the replacement parts. I contact the seller but they did nothing.

This was a great buy. They are very pretty and the perfect height for my counter. I had my very tall (both over 6'4") husband and son try them out for comfort and stability and we all found them to be really comfortable. They were fairly very easy to assemble and a really good price. I would definitely recommend them and buy them again.

These ivory, upholstered bar stools look great with my ~35" high bar table. I used the payment installment option which is helpful. I assembled both by myself with no problems and no wobbles. I like the stiffer cushions for working on my laptop and eating meals seated on them, I sit more erect. I use a small footstool for my feet (the stepstool in photo has been replaced with a handsome brown leather one), the 30" high seat is great for enjoying the window view but higher than most might want.

DO NOT BUY THESE CHAIRS - I decided to buy these chairs after looking for an extra guest chair. I read through several reviews and saw that there were some issues with quality control and the chairs not having the holes drilled in the right places or having the legs the same size. Well I should have listened. The first chair came out fine. The second is ⅓ of an inch shorter on one leg. So the chair wobbles wildly as you may imagine. Further, these are probably the most UNCOMFORTABLE chairs I have ever sat on. They are HARD as rocks. The filling feels like packed straw its so tough. My Husband does not wish to take them back apart but we will most likely return them. I will never buy from Christopher Knight furniture again as the chairs were not cheap money wise but were cheap in quality. Mr. Knight needs some quality control in his product and he needs to realize that chairs that are not comfortable will not be popular. Save your money and buy anything else. Add another $50 per chair and get nice ones.

I really like these barstools. The first one seems to be misaligned and as you can see in the picture isn't as straight as the first one. I hope that the seller will be able to just send me one to replace the one that is misaligned. The second one is great and was much easier to put together. UPDATE...emailed seller re: above problem. Was told to contact Amazon which I did. They had to send me 2 complete barstools again since they couldn't just send me pieces. Was told to return what we didn't use. The sad thing about all this is that even the 2nd box only had 1 good barstool! the other one was misaligned, yet again. Im glad I have 2 but does make me question the quality control. Love the barstools though, just disappointed in the inconsistency of workmanship.

Love these stools for the price! Fabulous! Easy to assemble. There were way to many screws than needed for assembly. More is better than not having enough!
