Good yield and delicious but research first
This is about Food to Live Fenugreek Seeds. I got these seeds to sprout and they sprout well with very good yield, leaving few seeds unsprouted. They also sprout easily, with no fuss, and fast, in about 4 days where I am. I found them delicious -- besides the Fenugreek taste there is a mild bean taste, similar to mung bean sprouts. This won't surprise if you know Fenugreek is a member of the bean family Fabaceae. I'll be buying more! That said, if you are unfamiliar with fenugreek you might want to research a bit. I like the taste of fenugreek but if you have never tasted it before so you may want to try it first or order a small quantity to start with. More important, like turmeric and many other herbs fenugreek has medicinal properties. Fenugreek has a long history as an ingredient in traditional medicine and for me the news is mostly good, but it might not be for everyone. A web search for 'fenugreek medicinal properties' or talk with a medical practitioner beforehand could be useful if you feel you might have concerns.

Delicious!
If you grow your own sprouts and have never tried fenugreek, you must give this a whirl. It is much tastier and robust than alfalfa, but not as spicy as radish. Grows so easily and keeps well in the fridge. I grow it every week and make sandwiches for my lunches at work. Everybody drools over how delicious they look as I crunch my healthy sprouts.

Best Value for Fenugreek!
As a breastfeeding new mom and former resident of Egypt, I know the milk-making power of fenugreek! I had previously bought it in small bags from a local importer, though it was often dusty and needed to be cleaned before using it. When I found it on Amazon through Food to Live, I was pleasantly surprised at the great value of buying it in bulk. When it arrived, I brewed it up and found it to be high quality as far as flavor and presentation. The seeds were clean in the package as well so no extra steps before consuming required. I appreciate that now more than ever!Fenugreek has many uses and buying it from Food To Live is the best value I have found. Drink it for your skin or for your baby! Buy it in bulk!

Makes a good Tea
I ordered because I read it can help with pain and has other positive benefits. Too early to tell any benefits. But no bad side effects yet. I put a teaspoon of the seeds and make a tea with it and do this twice. The seeds still taste a bit bitter to me but if they help its not too bad. Also I read you can add this to soup as well.

Sprouted like champions and tasted great!
Loved how easy these were to sprout. I put a tablespoon of the seeds in a cup of water, soaked them overnight, then poured off the water and rinsed them 2x/day. By day 3, I had delicious sprouts to add to my meals. Love the products from this company.

Taped up tear in the bag
I just opened my package and I see a taped up tear in the bag. And not a little one either. The product seems good enough but this does not scream high-quality to me if you're selling goods like this. Sure, maybe all the product is there and it's still clean and everything, but this just looks bad. The taste is fine and the quality seems good enough. I would just think this would be one of those packages you sell discounted as damaged goods or something, not what you sell for full price. Not if you want to make a good impression at least.

Great value, nice product
I purchased these to soak and drink as a beverage with honey. Well, I just couldn't drink it that way and enjoy it. I gathered some spices I had and made a hot tea with anise, nutmeg, cinnamon, fresh lemon/TrueLemon, and a pinch of salt to help with the bitterness. I will be trying again with a Tazo Chai tea bag when I don't feel like fussing with spices. Some people prefer dairy instead of lemon, but I never liked milk in tea. I also eat the seeds after they have boiled in liquid, they really don't have any flavor after boiling, so I can add them to almost anything. Once boiled they are soft. This is a big bag and a value. If you are sprouting them, I don't know how long the seeds with be viable to sprout.

animals love them, good value
The media could not be loaded. I purchased these from Amazon in May 2015 and am on the tail end of my 10 pound bagI soak these into sprouts and feed them to my goats for milk production. They love them. I have also sprinkled these on my momma dog's food to help with her milk production,Good value in this 10 pound bag and last a long time. Still viable and have not gone rancid.
