Makes a great hair growth solution with generic Rogaine

Too grainy
I was hoping to create a 20% azelaic acid cream, but the micropowder did not dissolve in anything that I tried. I even sifted it with a fine mesh to isolate the smaller particles, and it still would not dissolve. I suspect that you need more chemical knowledge than I possess to use this product.
