This MINI MASSAGER WAND WORKED ONCE, and has NOT since... as it FAILS to charge...I have bought a number of MINI MASSAGER WANDS, over the past 27x MONTHS, and EVERY OTHER ONE, is FAULTY...or...DOES... NOT... TURN... UP...!!and...Although, I contact either Amazon, eBay or the SELLER...and...LEAVE a REVIEW...NOTHING...gets done about it...Perhaps, the SELLER may OFFER a COUPLE of POUNDS, REFUND (on a £15-£35 WAND)...Which personally, I think is a BIG INSULT...The CUSTOMER is NOT only, LOSING a lot of MONEY, but item is NOT being REPLACED...or...IF...ITEM DOES NOT ARRIVE - Your MONEY is still NOT FULLY REFUNDED, and ITEM is NOT REPLACED...QUITE ANNOYING, even for a very PATIENT person...

It is pretty loud
It is working fine and everything but if you want one that is more quiet and maybe smaller this one is not the right one, it is pretty big and after a few minutes it starts to be even louder then it is in the beginning.
