Firm but Soft
I'm not a runner. I walk all day on a cement floor. Most of my co-workers go through 2-3 pairs of shoes a year. I bought 3 pairs of Hokas when I first started because they have a big rep for cush. I'd call them spongy, and the Mach 4s, Cliftons, and Bondi 7s are pretty good at cutting down on the pounding. I've worn them twice, and I think I like these Saucony's better. The Triumph foam is much firmer but oddly seems more comfortable and controlled, like the difference between a bag of jello and memory foam. It never disappears and almost feels damped like a shock absorber, giving way but never sinking to the bottom.I was afraid about comfort at first. They feel like they have a heel cup insert. A leading edge that you feel right after your arch. Is it intended to be a heel cup, or is it an arch support that supports very little, and that's in the wrong place? I've had arch supports in the wrong place before, and they hurt. This feels weird, but hasn't hurt. Neither has the lack of any noticeable arch support. These shoes hold my heel better than the Hokas. I'm guessing that as long as you don't need direct arch support, these will be superior for anyone with a "heavy foot" They are also very light and with extreme ventilation. Quite comfortable. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that I have no idea how durable they will be. I'm guessing they will be the better choice, and I'm strongly considering buying a 2nd pair straight away. I'm impressed.

The shoes I knew my husband would end up loving as much as I loved mine
My husband and I both started developing different types of foot & toe pains over the last year.As mine worsened, I ordered several brands suggested when researching my issues.Saucony Triumph & Brooks kept coming up.After wearing my Saucony Triumph for a month I ordered a 2nd pair in a different color for myself. Within 6 was my foot condition cleared up and hasn't returned. I liked the Brooks to but the wider Toe box on Triumph sold both of us on this Saucony model. He teaches & head coaches footbal and has always worn an Athletic shoe brand/style most of the coaching staff or players wear. But after a week in these Saucony, it's left him saying Nike Who?We both wish they had more neutral color schemes, but it won't stop us from purchasing this model again. I can't believe we both finally go to sleep at night without complaining about our feet.

Great all around running shoe
These shoes are one of the most comfortable running shoes I have worn in the last several years. They have good stability, cushioning and appear to be durable. Even the shoe lace quality is special. The one wish for these shoes would be to have reflective material for those early morning or night runs.

Total comfort
The most comfortable my feet have felt in a long time. Good arch support ,and great heal comfort. I wish I found them sooner.

Great shoe for me!
These shoes fit my fee so well. I have a narrow foot so that is important for a runner. They have great shock absorbency and last a lot no time.

Good sneaker for the price
Good for the treadmill. Could use a little more cushion at the front of the sneaker.

Great shoe
This is my second Triumph and the shoe is awesome. I usually run ~25 miles per week and enjoy runs in these shoes.

Gym Trainers
Used for the gym workouts. These fit extremely well and snug without being too tight / slack. Laces feel cheap but could be part of the lightweight package as the whole trainers feel light as a feather (but generally good quality) too so possibly geared up for the runners. Well worth the purchase in my opinion.

Brilliant
So I started running during the pandemic and ran using basic Nike trainers costing ยฃ40, but then some one recommended these more expensive Saucony trainers and the difference is massive they are very comfortable for running, you almost feel like you are bouncing.I am very pleased with this product

Upper worn through in 2 months
Sadly these trainers have not lived up to my expectations, after only a few months and 168 miles or running, my toe has broken through the upper. I have owned Saucony trainers for many years without this issue. I can only surmise that the new lightweight upper is not fit for purpose.

Comfy shoes but poor quality
I like Saucony Triumph 19 for the comfort while running but disappointed in the quality. After 5 months, they have split. My similar pair of Triumph 17's also split in a similar spot so I question whether they have a generic manufacturing issue. I'm now going to have to change to another manufacturer which is a shame but I expect a little better than this given they are not a cheap shoe and are designed for running...which is what I'm doing

Better than Fantastic
I have had the saucony triumphs since the 2'S, I have tried any other shoes, but nothing compares to these in whatever form they are in. Love them .....
