Not to strong
Is a nice little backpack, looks really good and my daughter was happy with the backpack but the happiness didn't last to long as the backpack start to brake apart. If you want to buy it to use it in school as I done, look for something else. Otherwise I think will be good enough to carry your phone, a book maybe a bottle of water or something light in it but not heavy things.

The bag itself is great, but much smaller than advertised so not fit for the purpose for which it was bought ie. a secondary school bag. Disappointing.

Zip broke the first time in use

Broke on first day!
My Granddaughter was pleased to have this bag but it took 3 weeks to come! Her school was starting soon luckily it came the day before. On the first day of her school she was putting her snack in her bag and the front pocket zip decided to come off the bag. The bag was very small than what it looked like in the picture so she wasn’t too happy about that as well I would rate this bag a 1 star since I can’t give it a 0.

Not as advertised
Not as advertised. The bag is much smaller than the picture. It's more of a mini backpack and definitely not a good size for a Year 7 child. Also very flimsy. The straps broke only after 1 week use with carrying the minimum possible. Not durable at all.Okay for a fancy bag with max 3 or 4 small items but not as a school bag

Poor quality
Got this backpack a month ago, the zip is broken already, the handles broken, the bag liner on the inside is ripped off etc.At first seen, I thought it was good quality by the looks BUT actually NOT!

Not worth the money
Very flimsy. Zip broke on second day of use and 2nd zip after a week. Contacted seller who offered me 30% back which I refused as the bag was useless and they said buy new zips and replace them yourself disgraceful response so got eBay involved and received full refund
