A great price for a useful convertible Chromebook
It's hard to fault this machine anything for the price they are asking for it. The screen is clear and plenty bright. The battery lasts for a relatively long time (all day in most cases though I don't use it consistently). It has pretty good connectivity options. It charges quickly and works perfectly fine with the Google 45-watt USB-C wall charger I have, so I don't use the traditional power brick that comes with the device although that works perfectly fine too.The keyboard feels kind of mushy, but it's completely fine and easy to get used to. Similarly, the trackpad isn't perfect, but it's accurate and works just fine. In this price range, I would say both the keyboard and trackpad exceed expectations. You can't open it easily with one hand, but it does tend to stay fairly stable wherever you position it so that is great. The convertible functionality really makes this Chromebook shine, though. You can open it to any angle, from all the way closed, to full tablet mode where it lays flat on the keyboard. Holding the device in tablet mode with the keys facing outward on the bottom takes some getting used to, and makes me wonder how much extra wear setting it down on the keys might be putting on them, however it works great none-the-less.The main area where this device falters is with its performance. It's really easy to fill up 4 GB of memory, and in fact just booting the device ends up using a large chunk of that memory, so there isn't too much left for running multiple apps. Additionally, the CPU, while plenty fast for most things like basic web browsing, is noticeably slower compared with a (more expensive) Intel-based Chromebook. The speakers are totally fine for a device in this price range, but they certainly won't wow you. This Chromebook is great as a web browsing machine that doubles as a tablet. For light entertainment use, video calls, email, etc, this is super convenient and affordable. If you're looking to do a lot of multitasking, install a lot of Android apps on it, or use it as a main computer for work, then you might want to consider something with more memory and a higher-end CPU. On the other hand, if you're a student or if you're looking for a web browsing computer that doubles as a tablet and light entertainment device, this is very affordable and it works great.

Great chromebook for the price...
It set up easy and and is much more of a chromebook than I expected for the price. Great browsing and video streaming. Downloaded lots of app from the google play store and still have plenty of speed and room. It hooked up easily to my work wifi shared printer. Have made lots of zoom and messenger calls with ease. Installed google voice to make phone calls and it works great. The webcam isn't as good as some models but for the price IT CANT BE BEAT ! I gave it 5 stars for its class. Sure some things could be better if you drained your wallet for a mac but I am pleased as punch with it for my needs....

Expired warranty
WhenI received this Chromebook I was unable to ever get it set up. It constantly said it was updating and never would finish and turn on. When I contacted Acer they said the product was not under warranty as it was a 2021 model so I returned it for a refund

Instant return
Got it as a gift and it wouldn’t even get past the second set-up step. Updating and wouldn’t restart so it went on endlessly. Complete trash and you’re better off printing a picture of a laptop from a working computer and looking at that.

Easy To Handle
Not quite as large a screen as expected and seems to revert to revert to 100% size text every time you turn it off so you have to reset it to a larger, more readable size which is inconvenient. Maybe there is a setting I haven't found that would solve that.
