Horrible customer service! No one responds to phone calls or emails.
Been trying for 3 weeks to get help. No one answers or returns phone calls or emails. You must file a ticket for any response. We've been without hot water for 3 weeks on our water heater under warranty. We now must send it back to get it repaired and pay shipping both ways. Bought a new one while preparing to send the other one back because we would otherwise be without hot water for at least two more weeks. The new one that I just installed today is already malfunctioning. Marey used to be a good company with great customer service about 5 years ago but now their service and it seems their products suck.

Great water heater!
This is our third one. Our water is bad and we bought this one to replace the last one which quit working. I’m sure it will ge fine after we clean it. Unlimited hot water and great for off grid. Love it!!
