So yeah a 5 star review whooo, take this as you will, it is not a fake or purchased review but hey I’m just a random internet stranger lol.I bought these to see if they help with knee, hip and back pain I have had since 2000.In short, they help with foot tiredness and some joint (knee and ankle) pain relief (for me not necessarily anyone else. One thing I will say, you wont notice that you have them on unless they make your shoes a bit tighter. These arent designed to make your shoes more comfortable, and you wont put them on and say, “oh these feel so nice!”What may happen is, one day when you sit down after a long day of walking and standing around you may suddenly realize that your feet aren’t aching and tired nearly as much as normal and you will try to figure it out. Then you’ll realize it may be because of these insoles. Thats it, nothing earthshaking, but if you have ever had that moment at the end of the day where you take off your shoes and unconciously massage your feet cause they ache, then these might be something to consider.

My husband works long hours on his feet, so we were hoping these would bring him some relief. He tried them in different pairs of shoes on various days and unfortunately they didn't provide any relief.

I have a job where I stand on a bare concrete floor all day, and came from another job where I walked 6-14 miles a day 5-6 days a week. I used to feel like I slept standing up! But now my legs & feet BARELY bother me at all! I will absolutely be buying the 2mm version next. I've already bought pairs for my parents and they agree. These things are amazing, and worth every penny! I pair these with superfeet insoles which provide more proper support, and these make walking on hard surfaces nearly 100% less uncomfortable

Repeat: wear this UNDER your insoles, these are meant to wear in addition to your insoles not as a replacement.I saw these on Shark Tank re-run and decided to give it a try for my half marathon training. Felt an immediate difference with less pounding on the knees and feet. A shock absorber winner, in my book. As my budget allows, I will be adding these to all my training & racing shoes.

I have a chronic problem with getting blisters on dog walks and also with sore feet. Added these under my insoles but they didn't seem to do anything at all. My feet were still sore and I still got blisters. I'll keep them in I guess just in case the foot pain is 1% less, but I really couldnt notice a difference.
