Q: Hello. Would this suit blue eyes 👀?

The brown is a dark glitter brown. Not sure how that would look with blue. The base colors and highlights of gold have in my mind a yellow-gold tint. If you normally wear brown eye shadow then go ahead give it a shot.

Q: Is Romanticism more neutral or bright?

Impressionist is the best neutral great with all eye 👁 colors love it

It's all glittery/sparkly there is no matte in this eyeshadow palette

I have brown eyes and I get compliments when I wear this one. I have others, but this one is my personal favorite, it is also neutral an can be worn with most anything.
