I liked the frankness portrayed in the writing. But being a reader who prefers sublimity even in writing, i gave 3 star. Growing up teenage girls should read it! Includes advices on how to take care of personal hygiene and many more.. dig in!

I have seen Adren's work before (through her youtube) she is super open and does not give a rat's ass to what people think of her, same in the book. the book is in her perspective which is superb. she tells the story of almost adulting in a long but awesome way. there is a mix of serious times and hilarious onesi highly recommend this book

Easy short read
The first couple of chapters are actually about how to be an adult. Arden talks about how to be an adult, which includes, doing your laundry on time or organizing your living space. Then later on it's more about her love life and the lessons she learnt from it. She also talks about her experience of knowing that a loved one was having cancer and how she dealt with it.This book is not much a self-help as much as it is a memoir. I know they say that it has 200 or so pages, but the pages are very widely spaced and have random clip arts thrown in, so basically it's a very short book. It wasn't eloquently or wittily written. It's structured weirdly, and it is only borderline funny. However, I did somewhat enjoy myself and I'm glad that I read it. I feel some amount of honesty from this book which kept me going. The last chapter made me quite emotional, so there was that.

A really light read
Ordered hardcover, but I received a paperback.I bought this purely because I've been following Arden on YouTube for the past 5-ish years. I didn't really take anything away from this book, nor do I regret purchasing it. It felt like I was reading a transcript of one of her vlogs. I appreciated the illustrations, but if you're looking for actual advice don't get this!

Arden Rose is a happy, honest, and amazing author. She has a very specific style that I loved and I wish there was more to read!
This book I found to be incredibly peaceful and giddy, Arden intentionally made this book in a way to make people laugh. She mixed tips in with her own experiences and I really loved the way she took the time to express her different ideas about happiness. I am a subcriber to Arden on Youtube, but even if I did not watch her I would still love it. She put amazing dedication into the cover and the style, that makes me laugh because the tiny pictures represent Adult life. She did a really great job expressing how to love and be yourself, without being hypocritical and not doing it herself. Because every aspect of this book is Arden and I'm overjoyed with the outcome of it. Cherishing this book.

Una lectura fácil y reconfortante acerca de los años en los cuales no sabes que hacer y todo parece ser malo, la lectura hace sentido y te ayuda a ver las cosas diferentes.
