This max version of XLEAR is clearly more effective than the usual normal strength version! There is only a momentary slight ache in my nose at first, after spraying, but it goes away in a few seconds. I spray two times each nostril and do not blow out the excess liquid before strapping on my CPAP mask and turning on the compressed air. The air pressure pushes the excess up higher into my sinuses, and after the excess spray dries out, my nose is clear as I fall asleep being able to breathe through my nose.

I was looking to replace fluctasone and tried this one. So much better tasting and just enough capsium to clear the sinuses without lighting my nasal passages on fire. Highly recommend

Just a note to all the reviews you will read here. Some people will say it is too strong and burns, some will say the opposite. This is the same for spicy food. Best example I can give is, if I go to a Thai restaurant and they say who spicy 1 to 5. I usually order a 2, maybe 3. I find this spray to be about 1 or 2. So for me, it isn't that hot. In fact, I would like it if they made this with double the strength.My only gripe is it looks like they use some kind of red dye in the product, which is 100% not necessary and no one wants coloring in their body, but so many companies use it. It won't stain your clothes or anything, just not needed and better for your health without it.As for performance, this works but not like Afrin. However Afrin can only be used for a maximum of three days, this can be used indefinitely. When you use it the effects kick in about a minute or two later. The mucus will drain due to the spicy nature of the product. Good for some temporary relief.

Doesn’t burn that much , helps clear out the nose. Need to use multiple times a day, but not a big deal. Will buy again

I bought this after it was recommended by my ENT because I couldn’t stand the taste of the Flonase. It does have a second of burn but it works and it doesn’t taste like perfume.

I have been desperately ill with sinus issues for over 4 months with little relief from any source. I have had multiple tests (MRI, CTSCAN, Angio-gram, EKG, Labs, X-rays) with no indication of why I am so dizzy. I went to an Ear/Nose/Throat Specialist, who put tubes in my ears. Still no relief. I saw a Neurologist, who prescribed several medications. No relief.My desperation led me to an internet forum where I read someone recommending XLEAR MAX nasal spray, so I ordered a bottle. Upon opening the package (at night) I immediately tried one spray in each nostril, praying for relief from the sinus pressure. I was ready for any amount of pain, and didn't care, as long as I get some relief from the sinus pressure.The pain from the spray is nothing to really mention. It's nothing compared to chronic sinus pressure. This spray has really helped to get my sinuses to open up and begin the long process of clearing out. I am using one spray in each nostril up to three times daily, until my sinuses clear. While the package instructions say 1-3 sprays into each nostril once daily, not intended for daily use, I have spread the sprays out throughout the day for the best results.I am not symptom free but I am feeling better than I have in months. XLEAR Max sinus spray really does go to work to relieve my sinuses of inflammation and pressure. I feel this spray gets higher into my sinuses than other sprays I have tried, and I have tried several.I do have some rebound pressure after using this spray, like with any nasal sprays, but the overall relief is wonderful. This nasal spray is almost miraculous. I will definitely buy this again and look for the companies other products.

I've gotten about 4-5 sinus infections in the last few months, with some SERIOUS sinus congestion. I couldn't breathe at all out my nose (either one nostril or both), barely slept, and I was just miserable for several days. I tried both natural and medicated stuff to treat it. None of it worked too well or too long, or the side effects just sucked.A couple of days ago I discovered how awesome the regular Xlear works to clear out the mucous, but my sinus congestion was so extreme that I had to use it over and over again. It worked, it just required several doses over about 10-15 minutes to get all of the snot out.Well today I got this Xlear Max and WOW, it works!! If only I had this stuff months ago, I could've saved myself a ton of misery of not being able to breathe out my nose.It burns like everyone says, but it doesn't last that long and honestly it's not that bad. The burn is soooo worth it, it means it's working! And it works really quickly, I'm blowing out a ton of snot in less than a minute after I use the spray, and I can breathe so much better afterwards. I still don't feel as great or breathe as great as when I don't have a sinus infection, but this is the closest I can get I think. It's pretty awesome.In a nutshell, Xlear is great for everyday use when you get a little stuffy, and this Xlear Max is for serious congestion. I will never be without these 2 nasal sprays again.

The product is exactly what I ordered.The delivery was a very long time after placing the order and I had to check delivery progress on at least 4 times.The only feedback that changed was extension to theestimated delivery date.

Absolutely awful product! Stings when you spray it up the nostril and the price makes your eyes water! Rubbish!

Funktioniert wohl nur wenn man kaum erkältet ist.Habe das Produkt ausgiebig getestet, aber außer dass man nach der Anwendung einen süßlichen Geschmack vom Xylithol im Mund hat, ändert sich gar nichts. Die Nase bleibt nach wie vor zu und Schleim rinnt auch nicht ab.Verstehe außerdem die Rezensionen nicht, die behaupten es würde in der Nase brennen. Es liegt nicht an mir, denn das Konkurrenzprodukt Capsinol brennt sehr wohl.Aus dem Fenster geworfenes Geld, kann das Produkt nicht empfehlen.
