Easy to install and work decently well to slow and quiet the closing of our cabinet doors. Others purchased elsewhere actually dampened the closing speed more and are quieter on the close, but these do well enough for what we were looking to accomplish.

Having our kitchen remodeled and all the new cabinets have the soft close. We have a cabinet that we purchased last year on the other side of the kitchen which matches the new cabinets but it did not have soft close so purchased these so we would stop having the doors slam as we were getting used to the others all having soft close. Very easy to install and are an exact match to what is in the other cabinets. They work great and also easy to adjust for door alignment.
