The Braceability back brace has 2 large strap that overlap on the front of my abdomen and 2 side straps that overlap the 2 large straps in the front to give my lower back the extra firmness and security it needs. I bought my first Braceability back brace several years ago to protect my lower back when lifting heavy items or doing outside yard work. It's the best back brace I've found. Recently, I bought a 2nd Braceability back brace and removed the suspenders, which is my clean back brace that I wear when I go out to dinner or driving on long trips. I highly recommend the Braceability back brace for lower back support whether for work or leisure activities.

I like it. Its helpful for days lifting lots of heavy objects or repeated picking up objects off the ground. There is a helpful pamphlet describing how to assemble it. There are multiple layers. A lightweight wicking shirt is best underneath to keep you cool, typical for a brace, just advice to first timers. The Velcro stays put. Clean with scented aerosol spray or delicate wash/hand wash. No dryer. As with most of these it's designed for men not women, 1 star off. The use of back support makes a difference but if you are not bending properly in the first place, or not given or taking breaks by your employer, or have other or severe issues then keep in mind the relief depends on those variables too. For what it is it does a good job. For women you can wear a black apron over it and it kinda blends in. A black shirt also helps blend it into the background.

I really like the fit, feel, and support. I'll always use suspenders. That's just me. Tends to want to ride up on my back without.... I've been off work for two months. The brace will help me make it back.

I really liked the straps. The waistband seems a good size too.However, I have worn it far less than 10 times and it is already fraying. Furthermore, while it does strap correctly, I can't tell if it is supportive. Does not necessarily seem to relieve pain but it did not make things worse.

This product was a bit on the expensive side for me, but it’s definitely worth paying a little more for. It’s very well made and sturdy. I think it will last quite a long time.For sizing reference, I am a woman, 5’8”, 320lbs, jeans size 24. I ordered a 3x and the fit was just right. This brace may be uncomfortable for a woman with a short torso, as it’s very wide and does not bend.I use this brace at work, where I do a lot of bending, lifting heavy things, and climbing ladders. It stays put through all of this movement. I didn’t need to constantly adjust it like I have with other braces.If you’re in need of a sturdy brace to help with lifting, and especially if you need larger sizing, this is definitely a good buy.
