Literally received this product today, August 27th. I was very excited for my new E-Bike. I even purchased a bunch of bike accessories to add some personal touches. I Wanted to love it, and initially I thought I would. Assembly wasn’t bad at all took about an hour start to finish. Followed instructions thoroughly, charged up the battery for a couple hours, and then I was ready to ride! I kid you not, I made it all of 2 minutes out of my apartment complex onto the main road… I wait for traffic to subside (thankfully) and go to cross. *CLINK CLANK* In the middle of the street… maybe 100 yds from my apartment.. chain BREAKS and pops off. Thankfully it IS an E-bike so I can ride back home (an opportune time to check out full auto mode I guess?). I was mad. I still am. $600+ for a bike and the chain breaks on very first ride? I haven’t even checked for any damage to the rivets on the bike yet but this incident makes me call into question the quality control of the bike as a whole and I’m considering returning it and potentially saving myself a world of headache. Haven’t reached out to the seller just yet. Will update when I do. Highly disappointed!!

Overall it’s a great bike, love how it rides! It’s really smooth and powerful. I took a star off because it’s not as pictured at all. The bike on the posting looks completely different than what I got. I wasn’t expecting to see “metakoo” as it’s nowhere in the description or pictures.

This is my first ebike and it was easy to put together. It performs well definitely goes 20mph on mostly level ground. I made it up a very steep hill and topped out at 13mph but I didn’t have to pedal at all. Only complaints so far are it feels a little small. I’m 5’ 10” about 190 but I still felt pretty comfortable on it. The seat is very uncomfortable tho I’ll have to swap that out.

Got the bike with very fast shipping. Putting bike together is a little harder then my other bike the Googo 26" mountain bike, as you have more things to put together on the Metakoo cybertech 100, once all together aired up tires and found that rear tire was bad. Contacted the company on the Metakoo and was responded to in a very timely manner. As you have to understand there in China or overseas. It took around 12 hours but they paid for the parts and the cost of a friend to fix it for me as I just had surgery on my neck. Yeah neck pain no fun and recovery wow. Well we got bike together and all aired up. Took it for a ride and it's amazing. Much more pick up power then the Googo bike. Even the PAS is way better then the Googo bike. You have to pedal much harder on the Googo in all 5 settings for PAS then on the Metakoo bike. The Metakoo bike in setting one for PAS electric help gets you moving along and makes it very easy to ride along. In gear 1 it gets you up to around 8mph in gear 5 will take you up to 20mph. So I like the Metakoo for pure power. The Googo feels like it has half the motor power of the Metakoo. They both have the 350watt electric motors. I have had to now replace tubes on one wheel on each bike as they don't put great tubes on them. But for the price really not a buying breaker. Tubes are like $8each for the heavy duty ones. Also only take from 30 minutes to a hour max to install and front even faster then the back tire.I do recommend you getting parts on Amazon to move handal bars up higher and a little more forward on both bikes. I did and feels way better to ride. You can sit up better. Also get better seats if you want to cruise and not have a pain in the you know what after riding awhile.After all this both bikes ride nice. If you want a softer electric motor help get the Googo bike if you want to feel much more of the power get the Metakoo bike. But they will both do the 20mph as said also between me and my two Boys that are 15 & 16 also 6'2" and 6'0" weighing in at 320 and 220 and me at 235 they work well for us. My younger son loves the Metakoo and my older loves the Googo bike.Hope this has helped someone. As I'm 59 years old my self and I have built my own bikes from age 10 to around 20yrs old. I entered into this purchase cautiously, I was not certain that I was going to be 100% pleased. The bike was well packaged and assembly was fairly easy. My initial impression of build quality was good and the Shimano brakes and derailleurs are a known value. The only adjustment the bike needed was a small tweak to the front disc brake which was dead simple.This is a small frame bike and not large enough for taller people, but it would be fine for folks up to 5'6" tall. It may not be appropriate for children, it has a twist throttle that powers the bike without pedaling and goes very fast.

I really liked the fact that the tires were wide enough and came with Schrader valves. We have a lot of star thistle around here and bumpy roads. The mountain bike tires are tough enough to withstand them and the Schrader valves mean that the tires will keep their air. I would have liked a rear bike rack, but didn't expect one at the bargain price so I bought one separately. I bought the bike to replace driving the car to trips to town. I took a trial trip about 2/3 of the maximum range that I would travel and only used 1/5 of the battery charge.

I wanna start out by saying this bike is a amazing bike. now that i made that clear let me say some things i didn’t like. the bike was advertised with no logos and when i received the bike it had full logos everywhere. the assemble video was too fast and hard to keep up with especially for a first timer building a bike. it goes 20mph max speed it is capped off. i love how it has a throddle although peddle assist is wayyyy faster. i suggest upgrading some stuff on this bike like the seat, pedals. this bike has much much more potential to go wayyy faster but since it is a law they capped the speed at 20mph. i can pull 20mph with 2 people on this bike going UP HILL. this bike can definitely go 40 uncapped, if anyone knows how to take the speed limit off let me know. my back tire did pop within having the bike for 3 days not sure if that was just unlucky or not.
