Heininger Advantage SportsRack BedRack Elite 2 Bike Compact Truck Bike Rack (2028)

After receiving and assembly found out this was not the rack for us. Even though it is designed for wide tire bikes it is not designed for heavier wide tire Ebikes. Installed in my truck I could see that any other bike would fit nicely and be secure for sure, easy to assemble, adjust and a quality product, I wish it would work for us. Thank you Heininger for your understanding and accepting a return. Be sure to visit their website, they have a lot more than bike racks.

The suction cups don’t stick and the rack shifts with truck movement. I just use a ratchet strap on the back wheels to prevent shifting. Otherwise I love the rack. The bikes lock in quickly and easily. I’d recommend if you’re not opposed to using a ratchet strap to help.

This works well and serves its purpose but would be better. It holds my son's 24" bike perfectly. My fat tire ebike is has problems with. Once I strap the rear of my bike it is fine and does what is should. I have no complaints and I am happy with my purchase.

Did not fit my Nissan Frontier well(truck bed geometry) or Hold the Rad Minis securely. the Rad Minis literally fell over against the side of the truck bed. I would not use this with a 60lb EBike. My opinion is that the Plastic Tire holders are too flexible.

I only wanted the version that had two bike "tacos" not three or four. I was unaware that the assembly with two is narrower than the others. It is made for compact pickups. I had to modify mine to fit my Silverado. This took more time then I was planning, but with a drill and four new holes in the spacer tubes, it fits my bed now. The kit seems to be quality, we will see over time. I like the assembly because it folds down under my bed cover when no bikes are in the back.
