Never had one before, but made a massive difference. No more dried up nose or nose bleeds!

I like that it does the job well. It is an efective humidifier....but the soind level especially at night is troublesome. It huums and one can hear water drops almost continously...not recommended for the light sleepers...ar at least right off before falling asleep.

Very efficient in terms of steam output but a little noisy( sounds like it’s raining on a metal roof)

It was working fine at first then after a week it started reading 90% humidity on auto mode which supposed to maintain its humidity 40-55%. Ive tried to adjust the humidity level but it just shut off. I have waited for it to work again to the humidity i want but it just went off. Also at 90% the water leaks. It is quiet and really helped me to sleep better im just disappointed it didnt last.

After less than 3 weeks, it decided that when on auto it would just ignore the set %, and go on full blast. It quickly changed the humidity in my room from around 50% (where I had the unit set at), to 72% and rising. I called Amazon for help (maybe a setting needed changing), and their help consisted of me sending it back ???? During the first 2 weeks it was working just fine, but I guess it can work the best ever, but if the quality is poor, then it aint worth a dime.

Opened it up and plug is broken! I did see this in previous reviews, but thought I would give it a go anyway, thinking surely it couldn’t happen to me also! WRONG, it did! I had ordered two one has plug broken and was replaced. The other on first opening seemed fine. Sadly both units leak even when not being used. The water lids were on super tight on both units but still leaking from the under side. Even after emptying the excess water it would just refill in the bottom part of the machine. This was not condensation as units were not on auto/on whilst we were out. Do not recommend this humidifer. Many people had same issue as me reading the other reviews. I just gave it a try myself due to the star rating, and sadly had the same negative experience. Really sad about this and waiting on my refunds.
