I have bought 3 pairs of these hush puppies now , to replace 3 pairs of clarks originals ,which I found really unformatted.The clarks are in effect how they were in the 50s ...thick suede ,but no foot support.In contrast the hush puppies have a bit of food in the base , so much ,that I call them the " old man's trainers " .At half the price of clarks , they are a fantastic option , and do comfortable -P.s they look great as well - suede is substantial- lower over the ankle than most brands -5 stars

Good quality lightweight boot, just bought a second pair as after 18 months of wearing them every day for work, I've worn them out -

Very nice shoe, wanted a " mod" look and they deliver .Good quality suede.Only downside, slightly small fitting. I am size 8 ( uk ) and had to put a shoe stretcher inside them, for a week or so .

Bought for my husband , much cheaper than the high street prices , he loves them , the colour is great and he reports them to be very comfortable.Bought a second pair in navy

Have had Hush Puppies in the past and appreciated their comfort for casual all day use. Not so with this pair, I struggled to get them on, the opening to get your foot into the shoe was just too restricted. Its as if the 'tongue' of the shoe is in the wrong place (too far forward) and it results in a restricted space into which you have to try and slide your foot into. Leaving the shoe being very tight around the base of the 'tongue' and uncomfortable when walking as the shoe is not able to bend where your foot would naturally like it too bend.I'm guessing that this might not be a problem if you have flat feet but my 'normal' size 9 find it too difficult. I did try another pair of Hush Puppies to see if it was a one off but had the same problem.So sadly I'll have to look elsewhere, which is a shame as in all other regards they appeared well made and good value.

These boots are *gorgeous* and look really stylish - the kind of classic, unobtrusive look you want with a practical sole without being even the tiniest bit boring. We’ll make these our go to chukka boots in future

First pair I found were too small second pair fitted perfect. Gave the first to a ftriend otherwise quite happy.

Like the shoes but they are not the a size 9 which is what I ordered. I have bought other shoes from Hush Puppy and they have been fine but these are more like a 10.

J'aime cette marque pour le bon rapport qualité/prix, habitué des Désert Boots, je ne retrouve pas ici le même confort… Sans doute la taille plus basse des Bottines, ou la semelle avec moins d'amorti… Cependant je resterai fidèle à cette marque tout aussi qualitative que les Clarks…

Son cómodas e impermeables.

Okay, die britischen Angaben sind immer ein wenig tricks: Meist zu klein. So auch hier. Normal trage ich 45, musste eine Nummer größer bestellen. Jedoch: Der Schuh ist wunderbar, sehr gut verarbeitet, feines Leder, sehr lange haltende Kreppsohle. Im Vergleich zu den Clarks sind sie etwas leichter und der Schaft ist nicht so hoch wie bei den Clarks. Ich liebe Chukas bzw. Desert Boots - vor allem in dieser Qualität. In Freiburger Schuhläden sind die einfach nicht zu finden - ein Trauerspiel. So lande ich immer wieder im Internet ... schade eigentlich, wenn man so gern die kleinen Läden unterstützen will ....

Shoes are ok for the price. Good if you only plan to wear them occasionally. Does not have much padding insole, so do not feel very comfortable.
