The RKX hybrid diverter valve spacer allows you to retain the factory electronically controlled diverter valve while getting you the classic blow off valve sound without the need for any other modifications. We have achieved this by allowing a portion of the boost pressure to be recirculated back into the intake while the rest is vented to the atmosphere..Whats included:RKX Machined billet diverter valve spacer with stealth logoStainless steel mounting hardwareCompatible Engine Codes: BPG, BPY, BWT, CAEB, CBFA, CCTACompatible Diverter Valves:• 06F-145-710B• 06F-145-710C• 06F-145-710G• 06H-145-710D

Don’t spend more on other brands.
The media could not be loaded. If you want a blow off valve sound on your Audi, this DEFF does the trick. I took a chance on this one, and it 100% does the same exact thing as a Forge or GFB spacer. Same sound, same spacer - different name, and 1/4 the price. I attached a video of the sound you get. If you want the turbo PSHHT when you release throttle, this sure does it. Having an intake makes the sound much better, imo.. but it is still awesome even without an intake. No CEL, and no crazy side effects (at least on my B7 2.0) .. just buy it. It’s cheap enough that if you hate it, you can take it right off and not be upset about what you spent on it. I’m very pleased. If you are even looking at this, you will likely will be happy with it too.

Great upgraded BOV sound, but not 'too much'
Overall the product sound great. It's not unbearably loud or obnoxiously with it's tone. As a fair warning, if you have an aftermarket 'plunger valve' such as the DV+ from Go Fast Bits, you'll need to purchase longer installation screws. You'll need to get M6 x 50mm or longer screws to go with it for an additional couple of bucks.Additionally, installation was quite easy for me because I did a diverter valve relocation to right beside the throttle body last year, which makes this a 5 minute task to swap valve spacers, but I can probably imagine installation with jacking your car up and getting to the valve itself is easily a 60-90 minute task each time you want to put on/take off the spacer.

2.0t TSI Perfect fit, perfect sound.
I was skeptical, cheap way to cheap. But I went for it. Boy was I wrong. It’s nice a solid aluminum I believe. But it’s heavy and very well machined. Definitely doesn’t have an open box presentation lol. It just comes in a plastic bag. But that isn’t horrible. However it fit perfectly. No gaps no nothing for me. It was snug as a bug. And sounds Great. It’s Psshhh, and if you really get on it and let off you’ll get the loud Wushh wushh wusshh! Turbo bark sound. Couldn’t be happier. Don’t spend anything more then this. It’s the same thing as other DV adapters but much much cheaper for the same if not better build. Mine went on a 2012 VW CC Sport.

Do your research first, then buy this 💯
Product was very well made, though I never installed it- we returned it on recommendation from our mechanic, which sucks bc I was def stoked to have that blow off valve sound on my 2.0 TSi Beetle. I was told It ‘may’ affect the metered air that runs into the turbo and would def affect performance and engine wear in the future by running less air to the same fuel ratio, causing it to run ‘rich’ into the engine. Now, I’m sure the people that developed this spacer have done extensive development, but it was enough for me to return it. As a consumer do your research to make sure, and if it works for you and your engine, I fully recommend this product 💯

Makes that PSSHT! Sound when you shift.
Installed in a VW MK5 GTI. Removal of those Allen bolts was the most god awful hard thing to do. You will fight and bleed and curse and quit, but then come back to it, rinse, and repeat until you get the old corroded bastards out 2 hours later. Then you will put this spacer in place in about 5 minutes because it's 1,000x easier to put back together. Damn these Midwestern winters turning everything to rust. The product is really great though zipped right in. Put a little oil on the O-rings for a better seal. Would buy again, 100%.

Loud enough but not obnoxious. Easy install. No error codes
I drive an 09 VW GTI. I've been driving with the spacer for about a week. I was looking for something that would report when I was shifting from a high rpm but not during daily driving. This works pretty well for that. Obviously there is some inconsistency as with all partial vent spacers(mostly when the engine is cold), but it's at just the right volume where you can hear it while not being annoyingly loud.Install was no more difficult than replacing a DV.Most importantly it's not causing the ECU to throw any codes.

Pain to install but well worth it
I bought this with low expectations, but I have to say the quality is amazing. It completely transforms the sound of your turbo and it won’t fail to bring a smile to your face. Unfortunately this is where the pros end, I installed this on my 2008 Audi A4 b7 and it was the the most tedious install of my life and it took almost 2 and a half hours to install not because the product is bad but to how the a4 b7 is designed. Looking back I think it would almost be easier to take the front of the car off, only because the bolts are in a really hard place to get to. There are about 4 oil lines and a wiring harness in your way. But if your able to get through taking the 3 bolts off then actually installing the part takes a whole 2 minutes tops. Overall I’d say even through all the troubles of installation it is well worth the $35.

Made my B7 run rich .
Sound is decent, quality is great but after installing on my 2006 B7 the car ran extremely rich and would lose boost after about 30 minutes of driving.
