I got this for my lady to help spice things up a bit in the bedroom. I don't know how this works as "exercise balls" but I can tell you that it certainly helped to spice things up, and it seemed like she was able to reach the big "O" much more easily than usual.Typical wand "massagers" are usually so powerful that you go numb after not too long, and they're too big to really focus their attention. This little guy is just powerful enough to do exactly the right things for her, and its attention doesn't wander because it stays right where you put it.In theory it's IPX7 waterproof - all I know it that it survives washing just fine. Charging is via a magnetic charge adapter so there are no holes to worry about. There are 16 vibration modes but honestly all you need is the basic vibration and a couple of intensity settings. For the record, medium and low intensities seemed to work the best :)I counted 9 basic modes that are directly accessible without using the remote. The remote adds a few more options. Once on, a quick press of the power button toggles between the current vibration mode and an extra constant mode that's higher intensity than the three basic constant modes. The mode button will step through the basic modes, and if you hold it down in a long press it enters another mode where it automatically cycles between the modes.I'm not sure how they get to the claimed 16 since my math says that's only 11 different modes.Nevertheless most of the modes are mainly just distracting. I guess if you're in the right mood you might find one that lights you up but so far it's the basic buzz that works best.Despite the "SOFT BEAUTY" brand on the product listing this toy is branded "Funmates" on the packaging. I ordered a second one of these from a different "brand" which had a different product listing and price but it was another copy of the same "Funmates" toy. Because of this I'm posting the same review on the other product also. The price on this product was higher so shop around and you can find a better price than you'll get from this seller.Everything was identical right down to the packaging and the fact that the remotes are interchangeable between the two devices. This opens up some interesting possibilities since you can control multiple devices from one remote, or each partner can have a remote to switch things up.I really wish Amazon would clean up the branding game because it's getting tiring having so many unidentifiable knock-off "brands" all selling the exact same products. Clearly the "brand" here is "Funmates" and the "brand" on the listing is some random label that's meaningless. More and more it seems like it's just a way to avoid accountability for crappy products since all you have to do is launch a new "brand" and you can keep selling your stock.

While at first glance, this seems to follow the form factor for this genre, there is a difference. They don't provide the measurements for the two regions, which I think is an important aspect. The product details mentions that it's IPX7, which would be an excellent waterproof rating. Perhaps supporting the idea that it's IPX7 waterproof, they implement a magnetic charging process, as opposed to a port (which usually makes a device vulnerable to water leakage/damage). The magnetic connection is also a clever technology that allows for a safer charging process. And, it allows for a more 'closed' covering, which increases it's waterproofing prowess.The kegel device is relatively quiet, with 16 various patterns and speeds. It can be selected manually using the power button to cycle through the patterns. The remote is capable of pausing and resuming the vibrations, and allows remote selection of patterns.The motor seems to affect the lower segment, and not the middle sphere. It's possible that when in use, the sphere has residual vibrations. It would have been much more effective if both segments had robust vibration effects.It takes 1.5 hours to fully charge a depleted battery, affording up to 2 - 3 hours (dependent upon the pattern used). This charging:operating time is decent. For real world use, 2 hours is more than acceptable. Plus, charging can be performed during period of non-use.Overall, it's a very competent kegel device. It product details aptly describes and images the kegel device. Based on these observations, it earns a 4.5 star rating, with a high level recommendation.

If you are really serious about kegels, you'll want to find an app based item, that has a build in sensor, and counts as you contract. This is not that product.What this product is much more of an adult toy pretending to be a health device. That's very common, but it also leads to some real hit or miss products. This one is a solid hit.The elongated head allows for a more comfortable placement, while also covering more area.The varied vibration settings work well and cover almost every kind of stimulation you'd want.I would recommend this to anyone who even has a slight interest in it. You could find yourself very surprised with how well this thing works.There might be slightly better products like this out there, but this one works so well I have to give it five stars.

This is so important for postpartum recovery - don't skip out in order to minimize problems down the road. Those with urinary incontinence would benefit from strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, too. Ditto if you have had surgery in the area. It comes with one unit of two ben wa balls. It is waterproof and cleans easily. A remote operates one of the weighted balls, offering a variety of different modes so you can vary your workout.
