Nonstick is good! Didn’t realize the head was so wide.

All of the KitchenAid products that I have purchased so far, and that includes this spatula, are so beautiful to look at that it seems a shame to use them cooking where they might get dirty. Except that they are super easy to clean, they have a slick surface that doesn't seem to grip onto sticky food items. Plus these are solid, sturdy, cooking tools. If you ever need to flip a 5 pound pancake, this unit will do that. It has a very solid, and somehow comforting feel to it. Like you know that all your kitchen functions that require a spatula will be handled in style and confidence. It's well worth the slightly higher cost, aren't you worth it?

Extremely well made, heavy and very sturdy spatula. I wish they still made it. Even the logo label is better than some other tools entire product on the market.

This will not melt. It’s absolutely amazing. Ours had been used in the messiest pasta sauce left in a hot pan for hours been through the dishwasher countless times and it still looks good as new.
