I've been jump roping for many years and the three main characteristics I look for is quality, lightness in weight, and low friction movement. What I realized when I first used my SR jump rope is the light wire cable that gave a lot of freedom to both my wrists and rotation. I was able to hit my double unders much easier and faster than my previous jump rope.The wire cable is just the right thickness and balance which gave me more power and speed.The jump rope also came with a convenient mesh bag which prevented it from tangling and also made it easier to pack in my gym bag or travel bag. I jumped over it a lot and it did not break. The handles are weighted and the rope hurts so bad when it slaps your ankles/shins

Great product and a wonderful company. The jump rope comes with instruction for adjusting and using the rope, a carrying bag, sample pack of sweet sweat and ideas for additional exercises. One of the truly unique features of this product is that it can be custom sized for different users. This jump rope has helped me take my workouts to another level.

Since I received my jump rope I've incorporated it into almost all my workouts. The rope itself never gets tangled and I have found doing "double unders" is much smoother. I have used my jump rope outside and inside and it seems to be durable to handle both. Making it adjustable is just another plus so great job on another great product from Sports Research!

The jump rope is light, and the handles are cushion soft. This was a last minute add to my order and I'm so happy I did, I forgot how much of a sweat using a jump rope is!! PLUS it came with a sample size of the company's Sweet Sweat, which smells soooo good and, made me sweat so much more where I applied the lotion.

I liked this rope based on someone else's purchase. When I received the rope in the mailbox, I was happy and excited to get to jumping. The one difference was, that the handle of the rope I received had no weight to it. Come to think of it, I'll see if I can return it. This way, I can give a 5 star.

The rope was great but then the metal piece that fits into the handle came out and cannot be secured back into the handle.It can be pushed in but the slightest tension on the rope pulls it out again rendering the rope useless.This rope lasted less than 3 months.

Really not what I was expecting. Product is not like the one shown on the picture at all. Feels very cheap and is VERY light.

It's not what the images show and is missing a bunch of parts. It came completely opened

I ordered what appeared to be a high quality jumping rope, I received a rope that was nothing like the picture. Even worse, the quality was not good.
