Next month my mouse, this Logitech one, will be 5 years old. It still works perfectly.More importantly, this one is so comfortable in the hand, and completely reliable. With a short deadline for a publication and a last minute invitation to submit, I recently researched and wrote a 15,000 word academic paper using this mouse, all done within 6 weeks. At no point did my wrist feel tired. My wrists easily get tired because I have hyper-mobility there, same as my son who also uses exactly this mouse (his own, I mean, we bought a second one!).Like others who have reviewed, I dislike the mouse that comes with Apple products, feels too small to be comfortable and gets argumentative when you tell it what you want to do. This one is responsive and smooth.So, no need to look further, this one is the most comfortable, and is reliable.How's that for £6?!!Just remember to clean the inside from time to time, perhaps more often than once in 5 years, judging by the substantial amount of fluff we found this morning :)

Unfortunately it wasn't for me because I needed the b110's (diff logitech mouse model) capabilities.E.g. the multi scroll feature for zooming, selecting, in and out etc..It really is a shame if they made an M100 with the same abilities as the b110 mouse then I would pay £50.00 for it Easy!because the m100 is perfect if you dont need that functionality.it really is, smooth scrolling, perfect size and weight .just wow. and I dont usually get excited about mouse's haha.

I've been using wireless mice for years, but found them too heavy (Sounds a bit feeble, but I'm a technical illustrator so I use a mouse for very long periods every day). Also, it was a real pain when the batteries ran out, usually at an awkward time when I didn't have any spares!The Logitech M100 is a simple tool, but perfect for my needs. It's lightweight and precise, sits comfortably in the hand, and works without fuss. No gimmicky extra buttons or switches all over it, just left and right buttons plus a scroll wheel.I bought 2, one for my laptop and another for my desktop PC.An easy 5 stars from me.

After purchasing other mice which were either too small or responded too slowly or were suspiciously lightweight, at last I have a good one. It's a reasonable size: 12cm x 6.5cm, important information not always provided by Amazon ! It feels solid and above all, it responds quickly and reacts quickly to clicks which feel precise. The central rotating wheel turns a bit noisily and roughly, but given the reasonable price, this is a minor niggle. Now I know why friends recommend a logitech mouse.

Good product for a good price. Another reviewer mentioned the ratchety sound of the scroll wheel. I concur, but it ceased to be noticeable after a short while. I was comparing it to the silent wheel on my daffodil wireless mouse. But hey, does a good job for not a lot.
