Writing this after using it extensively for a week. These budds are one of the best in the price segment.Pros:-ANC and Transperancy works best.-Has a good base, so u can enjoy music and movies at the best sound quality-pairing is quick and works fine with both Apple and Android phones.-Good battery back up on buddy. It generally lasted for close to two movies at a stretch-charging case is small and easy to carry. The digital battery meter is very helpful and shoes real-time back up left in the case. It takes around less than an hour to fully charge the case.CONS:Didn't find any, but it's available only in Black. More colour options would have been nice.More will update after a few mo ths of useAll together a Great purchase for the buck.

Firstly - person on other side won’t hear you properly, you will be heard from a long distance for them. Forgot about active noise cancellation (I chose this only for that), it just doesn’t work.Secondly - charging case is of very low quality and can break soon. In fact it is showing different % each time I open the coverLastly - right side ear pod stopped working the very second time I used the product and by then the return window is closed. Here not working meaning - ear bud doesn’t turn on and not the pairing issue that ptron mentioned in their blog.You can’t reach customer care as the call gets disconnected in one minute automatically.So if you are lucky this will work for you and you can just music for few hours. I suggest to buy a branded one than these low grade sh*ts.

The product is awesome... But theres a but in the end of the review...1. I would say, the sound range, I tested the earbuds' range properly and found the upper range of earbud is 20Khz (the upper hearing range) and lower range (i.e. Bass) reaches 20hz bery smoothly. So it plays nearly every sound and that too its cristal clear .. Bass is good and treble quality is crisp... Also didnt see any deflection in sound due to high bass.. totall worth buying for sound quality.2. About ANC.. the active noise cancellation is ok.. it doesnt exactly cancels all the sound from outside but it does cancels a considerable amount of it, so while the song is on, I dont her anything else.3. Best mode I liked is transparency mode, its good while you are walking on the streets and listening to music, I can hear a considerable amount of surrounding sound, so I dont meet an accident.4. Battery life is also good.. I can listen to it for 4 hours straight and then charging it fastly in the case it gives me good amount of battery backup to listen to songs.5. Heres a but... I ordered it once then after a while its ANC shows some non-functioning so I replaced the product.. then I recieved another one and it worked well for few days then I noticed mic has stopped working...Again I am trying to get it rrplaced with company now.. as return window in amazon has closed now...Well there are some glitches but still the sound quality is good enough .. totally above according to price range..

Sound quality : 5/5Bassbud ULTIMA offers an excellent good sound quality, that too for very little volume. In earlier Ptron (bassbuds basic version), I had to give full volume in my mobile to hear some audios clearly, but in traffic even that was falling short, but here anywhere between 30% to 50% of volume given in mobile, is good enough for getting high quality sound.Call audio quality : 3/5Even though call audio quality is good, sometimes we can hear lot of disturbance. Both the caller and receiver can hear this disturbing noise. I had faced this issue in baisc version of ptron bassbuds aswell. Experienced this issue when paired with other phones also.ANC quality: 1/5This product does miserable work in ANC section. Can't absolutely make out any difference b/w ANC ON & OFF. Instead of relying on ANC, just give more volume in mobile to avoid surrounding environment sound.Fitting: 2/5The earbuds which goes inside the ear is quite short and you will always have feeling that it will fall out. Trying to push it inside to stay there fit, resulted hurting my ears. While removing helmet or running it falls down. The main reason for this is the earbuds are not going inside as the tube which holds rubber ear tips is very short. Atleast 3 to 5 mm longer ear tube would have resolved this issue.Touch control sensitivity : 3/5One more cons of this earphones is the touch control. Its too sensitive and even if helmet sponge touches it keeps chaining the track or switched b/w ANC/Transparent/ANC off modes. while the earphone are ON, just holding them in palms sends touch signals and earphone keeps responding for touch control actions. I was lot comfortable with ptron bassbuds basic versions of earbuds. However we can't complain much as price range of ultima is quite less compare to all tis competitors for the same segment of product.Battery: 5/5Battery backup is quite good. Continuous usage with ANC on for about 1.5 hrs, used only 25% of battery from the earphone. Charging box is very cute looking, but very slippery to handle in one hand. I wish it had rubber finishing or matt finishing.Changing earbuds: 1/5Finally, changing the rubber tips is like you are in wrestling match with earphones. U will have to use all ur skills to replace the default medium size rubber ear tips to small or large ones...
