I have no complaints regarding negative side effects. Is positive to me that put my grandkids to sleep in a safe way. If you are all about holistic medicine I honestly think is a good way to go. That's my personal opinion.

The media could not be loaded. I bought these for my 4 year old to try. I give her one 30-40 mins before bedtime and it helps get her calmed down for our night routine. I love that it also has elderberry in it and she says they taste yummy, so that's definitely a plus 🙂

At first our kids reported that they tasted a little funny, but it never fails they ask for them every night. I think these give them the calmness needed to fall asleep vs playing in their rooms.

I have restless kids. So, if I have to be up early (or they do) I give them one 40 minutes before bed. Gummy, bath, lotion, pjs, brush teeth, toilet, they are exhausted by the time it’s time to brush their teeth.

This puts my toddler to sleep quickly and she wakes up refreshed.
