Hi, All our shoes are neutral and not designed to offer any arch support. The insole is flat inside the shoe.

Q: Are these US or Uk sizes?

As the price is in dollars the sizing is US.

Q: Could you do short runs or sprints in these shoes? I do functional fitness sort of cross fit but not so much. Mile run max at any one tine.

No. Very stiff shoe meant for heavy lifting only. Works great for squats.

Q: How lifted are the heels?

They rise on an angle and highest point is only 1 inch.
