As described, and quickly shipped.
Just a short time ago I purchased two of these tools. As opposed to some of the less sturdy tools, this one fits the hand well and has a good "feel" of heftiness to it. Both worked as advertised, with the flashing red triangle and the 3 LED flashlight performing well. Not having had any occasion when I would have cracked a window with it, I can't testify to that aspect of the tool, but it sure feels like it'd do the job with no problem. The cap for the AAA battery compartment works well; it's not your typical constant threaded type, but rather one that only requires a quarter turn on it to open the battery compartment, and then reversing the turn to seal it back up. I've had no problem with that at all. If you do purchase one of these, all kidding aside, please leave it somewhere in the front area where you can reach it in an emergency. I've heard of more than one person putting the unit in the car trunk with the rest of their tools...in the trunk obviously isn't going to do much good if you need it fast.

It should do the job when needed
This is a large sturdy tool. Can’t comment on whether the seatbelt cutter or the glass breaker work because thank goodness I haven’t needed either. I bought this in case of an emergency and hope that I never have to use it. I can comment that the flashlight and hazard light aren’t very bright so not sure how effective they would be but they’re there so it’s an added plus.

Genius invention!
The media could not be loaded. Very happy with this purchase. I try to keep our vehicles prepped in case of emergency. This clips on your seat belt for when it's needed. It's there, but out of the way. It slides easily on the belt. The clip holds, yet it's easy to open if you need it. It has never come open & fallen off. I could've purchased a dark color to match the belt, but I wanted a bright color. In case something happened, I wanted it to be seen easily. It has a flashlight, a belt cutter, a glass breaker all in one. It's not bulky. It's the perfect size. I'd buy again!I may end up ordering one for each seat belt eventually. It's good to have emergency supplies in your vehicle. You just never know if/when you'll need it. 👍🏼

Must have item if you own a car or truck!
I'm pleased with it's workmanship, ease of use and the compact sized. Secure it to your seatbelts until you need it. Worth the peace of mind.

Not sure about these
So it seemed like a good idea to have some kind of device to cut your way out of your car should you end up in a car accident and your seatbelt is stuck. I liked the idea that this product just snapped on your seatbelt strap so it was not something you were going to have to be digging around looking for while, perhaps stuck in your car. It’s a nice little item, it has the razor blade to cut the strap. I’m not sure how well the little metal spear tip will work to break out a window. It looks like it might be more arm strength, versus power of the metal Tip. And because of the way, this is designed you’re not gonna have an effective hammer swing to throw force behind it to break a window-so short of breaking out a perfectly good window, I’m not sure if that is going to work should the time come. However, my main complaint about these is that they don’t stay snapped onto the straps. You buckle or unbuckle your seatbelt & you let go of your strap, it retracts back up into position and often times this device will fall off the strap. Couple of hard bounces on the release of the seatbelt, and they come undone, which tells me that if I’m in any kind of an accident, this little item is not going stay on my seatbelt strap within easy grasp or handy for me to grab a hold of and get myself out of my seatbelt. It’s going to be on the floor somewhere where it fell from the impact. Which defeats the whole purpose of this design, which is to clip it over your seatbelt harness. Again having, thank God, not been in a crash I can’t say for sure , but if releasing my seatbelt fast, with a snap, dislodges it, I am not hopeful that it would work as it was designed to do. I would not buy again nor recommend.
