Easy operating
The media could not be loaded. Good product, Mostly I liked customer care people they picked and explained briefly several times and today I kept eggs ,I put another review after hatching....With working condition...

Doesn't work.
Inspite of trying with factory default settings, still there is a leak in the heat, as well as the sensors don't work accurately. There massive 2 degrees difference. Humidity is unreliable. I have lost two batches of eggs. Moved to natural incubation.I don't recommend this product. But for the price I paid I was expecting it to work.Disappointed. The two stars for the look and packing.
