THE NORTH FACE Recon Everyday Laptop Backpack, TNF Black/TNF Black, One Size

Had gotten this backpack as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend years ago. He was ecstatic, needing a backpack for college. Went through 4 years of college with it, and he still uses it to this day for work (after all these years, it’s holding up great). North Face just lasts forever, and it stays in style. It’s worth it.

As a college student, I needed a good backpack to carry all my books and my laptop. I bought this backpack three years ago and I am about to be a junior in college and still use it! It's very durable, sturdy, and does not tear easy. Often times I am outside with my backpack when it starts to rain. I have my laptop, all my books and notebooks in there, and they have never gotten wet. It resists the rain very well, and has always kept my things dry! It has a separate pocket from the main one for my laptop, which I appreciate because I don't want to risk getting my laptop broke from being in with my books! Overall this is a really great product and I am not even close to needing a new backpack!

This backpack is absolutely phenomenal and a must buy. It’s reliable in almost every scenario. Many compartments, quality materials, and spacious interior. Highly recommend.

Everything feels sleek and secure. I love everything about this backpack. The mesh pocket is so useful for just throwing stuff or clothes in there fast. My only complaint is that the side pockets they are weirdly too small for a 32 oz thermos and too big for a 24oz thermos and the material on the inside of the pocket is oddly slippery and has zero elasticity. If youre not careful it can and will slip out. They should have made it the same mesh as the front pocket. Despite that, this is the best backpack I’ve ever had.

I bought this for my boyfriend to use when he’s on his motorcycle and it’s fantastic quality! I love Northface as a brand and their quality is unmatched.There are clips to secure the bag around the chest and waist. There are ample pockets and each zipper feels very secure. My boyfriend has been using this backpack for 7 months for rides and when traveling and it still looks brand new!

My husband has been in school 90% of his lifetime, another 10% at highly discreet engineering industry that required him to bring all sorts of stuffs in the bag including 2 laptops, chargers, extra shoes, books, water bottle, food, miscellaneous items. He was a super nerd since childhood. Now he’s starting law school. He is therefore extremely picky and particular regarding all his items. Bags must be practical and convenient, with promising durability.This bag was the final pick and it became one of the rare items that i bought for him that i got a nice comment on.When it arrived, he admired and played with it like a child with a new toy for 1 full hour, and another 30 minute on internet researching about this bag and other competitors bags to revalidate his choice.
