Delivered on timeThe unboxing experience was not really very good. It seems the product was opened by somebody else, as the pieces were not organized and not really clean. This is not necessarily repeatable problem.For the delivered peice, thr middle tier has a problem that one of the bearing sticks are not glued properly and maybe it is not very stright.And one strange thing that there are holes that are not used to put screws inside, also there is no cover on the screwsAdditionally, some of the edges are not really smooth. Again this might be not a repeatable issue.However, the product is very helpful, and I think the price is reasonable, I used the product to place it on my desk table and put the printer on the second tier, so under the printer I got a lot of additional space, and on the third tier also more space for small thingsNote that you have to make sure that you have space on you table to put it if this is your plan,so just double check the dimensionsAs the the product is very useful for me, and also the selling team obviously willing to enhance, I'm giving the 4 stars
