Q: Will these protect your hands while brazing (hvac work)?

Not very well. I would use tig gloves or at least some type of leather glove. I am an electrician and I love thes gloves for doing control work etc. as I can pick up small srews etc.

They will help to keep your hands warm, but their primary purpose is protection. Probably worth trying.

It’s made of the cheapest, most poor quality steel in a Chinese sweatshop

Moisture goes through them so maybe not.
