Pump not fit for purpose.
Nice paddle board. Pump is not fit for purpose, could only get to about 8psi before pipes blew off. After putting jubilee clips on air was leaking out of quick disconnect fittings at about 8psi. You need to reach about 14psi. Just ordered an electric pump for ÂŁ85. It's still not a bad deal, I got 2 x paddle boards with discount and vouchers for ÂŁ485. Would have given 5 stars if not for the cheap pump.

Does the job but you get what you pay for...
I bought this board as it comes with all the equipment required, probably worth spending a bit more money on a different one.It is disappointing that the pump isn't dual action as stated on the label and actually had to be taken apart, fixed and oiled the first time it was used (looking to replace the pump with a better one if anyone has recommendations!) Only managed to use the board briefly as it wasn't inflated properly but seems to be okay, looking forward to using it again once we have sorted out the pump issue.

Warning. You will need to spend a lot on a powerful pump
It is true what others have written, the pump doesnât work sufficiently. I then made the mistake of spending an extra ÂŁ20 on an electric pump but that wasnât powerful enough either. You have to have a very high powered pump to inflate this to the pressure needed. That will cost you about ÂŁ80. I have had two wasted trips out trying to use this product as you canât get enough air pressure in it without a high powered pump. I have ended up going home feeling deflated (haha)

Good customer service
We received this product knowing the pump had bad reviews and yes the pump isnât good for the board. It needs to be at 15psi but when you get to about 4 the end of the pump detached from the pump . The mould for the fin was on the incorrect way round so we contacted seller, I can not be more pleased with the help they gave me , they sent me a replacement board with everything included within 4 days and told me to keep the faulty board .. Which probably can still be used very good customer service. Would be a prefect buy if the pump worked as should but the board is good

Quality of the padling board not bad,pump disaster first use and broken not working any moreOrder not fully delivered, missing waterproof mobile phone cover. Contacted seller, no answer back. Overall bad experience

Pump is not fit for purpose, simply; do not buy!
The pump is manufactured in such a way that it canât be used; the board once inflated is fine, however I had to borrow a friendâs pump to find this out. Do not waste your money.

Good size looks good trying to get the 1bar that it says to inflate upto impossible hose on the pump not that good
