The ACIM Mentor Articles: Answers for Students of A Course in Miracles

Wonderful book. Elizabeth Cronkhite has contributed very significantly in aiding one's understanding of A Course In Miracles. Will read everything she writes.

I began A Course in Miracles five months ago, and to say it has rocked my world, both positively and negatively, is almost an understatement. Along with studying the Course itself, I've consulted the work of other writers farther along this path, and Elizabeth Cronkhite's writing is what I turn to time and again for encouragement, insight and understanding. "The ACIM Mentor Articles" is my particular favorite because each essay is relatively short, and I can find something quickly on a particular topic. But the writing is so engaging that I first read the book straight through just for the pleasure of her phrasing and description. Cronkhite clears up so many questions I had about how to approach the Course while answering the questions of other students who had similar concerns and misunderstandings. This book also brought to light ways in which I was needlessly depressing myself by trying to be more advanced in the Course than I really am. (Apparently many newbies to ACIM make this mistake.) I didn't even realize what I was doing to bring myself down until I read Cronkhite's article on the topic.That realization alone was the worth the price of the book for me!

This book is a great introduction to Liz's other book the translation of ACIM. I have had great resistance to all of Liz's books because they are so clear and touch you in places that cannot be ignored. Just by reading her work will change you and help you to identify with the Truth in you. If you are serious about awakening get ALL of Liz's books....

I'm still reading (devouring!) this book, but I really want to express my appreciation for this wonderful addition to my library! I've been a Course student for years and have found Elizabeth's writing to be clear, intelligent and very helpful. I can tell that she has truly "worked" the Course at a deep level and her strong connection to Holy Spirit comes through. I get no sense of "ego" in her writing; she clarifies without talking down to the reader. She is simply sharing what she has learned through her years of studying the Course and listening to her Inner Teacher. She is, as the Course says, "here only to be truly helpful".Thank you, Elizabeth, for listening ... and for writing.

This book is great for ACIM students/teachers. You can use it as a reference book to look for particular subjects of just sit and read a page at a time.
