Stopped charging
After only a few months use it will no longer hold a charge. Disappointing as it worked well when it would charge.

I bought this small USB-chargeable massager for travelling to ease pain in neck, shoulders and lower back. It worked OK for about 6 times and then during use, it felt like something inside broke and it stopped working immediately. It will no longer charge and I am having to return the item.

Very Satisfied
This massager is a nice, petite addition to my collection of toys. The base is wide, but the sides are more narrow so that I may focus vibrations on a certain “point”. I counted 10 speeds on this baby, it seems to have a moderately quiet noise level as in, it’s not a chainsaw in the night, but maybe still an under the blanket type of deal to muffle the sound a bit. The motor is powerful enough for me to feel pleasure through my clothes, so I’m happy about that. Overall I am pleased with this performance of this toy. The neck on it is flexible for any play angles that may need some give. I love the color of it too, the matte black and rose gold has a nice chic modern edge.

Experienced initial problems, but resolved - good customer responsiveness
Update 2 March 2021:I’ve been able to get the product working well again, and some dialogue with a representative at the company made it clear they listen to their customers. They’re making manufacturing changes that address issues like those I experienced, so I’m revising up to 4 stars. If product continues working well going forward, I may revise upward to 5.Thank you, Acvioo for reaching out to me!Original review:This is a worthless product. Bought it about 3 months ago and used it maybe a half-dozen times. Now it won’t take a charge. Can plug it in for as much or as little time as you’d like and it doesn’t work at all. When holding down the power button for the recommended 3 seconds, it just lets out a feeble buzz then flashes the light, which appears to be a “charge the battery” warning. But no matter what USB plug I’ve tried with their included USB cable, it doesn’t take or hold a charge. Claims to have a Li-on battery, but apparently they don’t use quality batteries. And of course my return window is closed.

Not worth it
Disappointed with the product.. It looks nice & feels nice to the touch but definitely NOT worth the price point at all. It’s pretty loud for nothing It performs cheaply.. for how loud it is you would expect and think it would do a better job massaging the muscles. I definitely will be returning this
