Recommend to buy, must-read category.Note: Found the book price increased recently, not wondering about it, this book worth it.I got the book delivered on 5 June. After completing a few of my selected chapters, I'm sharing my review, hope others will find it helpful.Pros:I must say this is the book I was looking for long, because no book/document shares what should we know extra to justify the manager role.This book has an aspect-oriented content category which is a plus.This book incorporated an ample amount of examples to simplify the understanding.This book also maintained the classic chapter orientation :) good for book lovers the feel-good factor.Corns:Overall consistency in paragraph spacing should be maintained.The book name may confuse at first seen, but this book is for experienced members aspiring for a management role, this is not a typical book of various SDLC models studied in college.

I really wanted to read this book and I was very impressed after reading this book .the content of the book is very good. If you are looking at book which is explain it. Highly recommended for software professional & others interested person. A must read.
