No better than other similar cheaper products
It didn't work any different from other silicone-like finishing products that are cheaper. It does smell great though!

Works very well with my new steampod
When I first used my steampod it did straighten my hair but the ends seemed dry and frizzy. I then applied the L'Oreal protecting concentrate to my hair and continued with my steam flat iron and my hair was soft and shiny.

Emballage changé ou contrefaçon
Je voulais renouveler mon sérum steampod mais celui que je viens de recevoir semble etre un contrefaçon. L'étiquette écrit l'Oréal mais cela n'a pas l'air d'être l'original. Si oui peut-être l'Oréal a diminué le budget marketing ou il ont raté le changement de l'emballage. Cela ne donne pas envie pour tester.

Contrefaçon ???
Ne correspond pas au produit indiqué. Packaging différent qui fait penser à une contrefaçon. L'odeur est agréable mais n'est pas la même que celle du produit présenté que je connais bien, du coup je pense que c'est vraiment une contrefaçon, l'étiquette est mise grossièrement sur le flacon et le système de l'ouverture de la pompe est différent aussi. La texture du produit semble cependant la même que celui d'origine donc je ne sais pas que penser mais c'est désagréable de recevoir quelque chose qui n'est pas ce qu'on a commandé. Je pense l'utiliser quand même mais bon c'est pas très honnête comme principe de vente.

item received held closed by Sellotape, looks like a cheap fake and also looks like its been thrown around a local field as it filthy on the outside of the bottle, covered it dirt. really looks like a poor quality fake item.

Received today label wonky looks fake, I would not recommend smells of nothing I really don't think this is genuine, do not buy from here!! Really surprised at Amazon, I thought all sellers would be checked to ensure they are genuine and having had the serum previously this is not the same stuff!!!
