I bought the cheaper one first, then bought the more expensive one because the last one wouldn’t even heat up the food. This is the one you need to buy.

Almost a 5-star - it just isn't quite as powerful.
I had to replace the magnetron on my over-the-stove microwave. This one got good reviews (it wasn't the cheapest), so I got it. Look, it's just a magnetron. Shape, size, connectors are the same as a thousand other magnetrons. And it works. Only drawback: For some reason my microwave (with the new magnetron) has somewhere between 10% and 15% less power (takes 10-15% longer to cook) than with the original magnetron.

Gave up in 3mos!!
My microwave is broke again in less than 3mos from using this part as replacement. Bummer!!

Easy repair
After watching YouTube, it seems that the magnetron was the likely cause of our microwave not heating up. It was super easy to replace and a fraction of the cost of a new microwave!
