This. This is it. If you've ever bought a generic black case/kit of pimple popping tools, you'll know the lanclet isn't actually sharp enough to do anything straight out of the box. This one IS. This will CUT YOU if you're not careful, and that's exactly what I needed. Blackheads + milia come out quite easily, and it only leaves a very small puncture wound which heals without scarring. As with all things sharp, it dulls over time. For me it started to look kind of tilted at the top and that's when I knew it was time for a new one. But for the price, this is very worth it imo. This was my second time buying and it lasted me months while still being sharp. 10/10!

Previously, I never used this type of tool. I have always had to deal with hormonal acne due to PCOS so I tend to try many types of products. I was a little nervous that it would hurt a little and be a little difficult to judge how deep you have to go with it. However, once I got the product and I tried it there were no problems and no pain involved. The point is very sharp. I had seen a bunch of reviews about the tip falling off of these types of tools so I inspected it as soon as I got it and I can't see any problems yet but I will keep an eye out.

This is really more like a surgical tool, which it should be. Make sure to properly disinfect it with hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, iodine or your favorite. Extremely well made nice steel. Be careful, this is a tool that should be used with much thought prior to poking on your face. Make two hole, one on each side of the bump. This will allow the fluid to freely flow out. Make sure to poke through, but not hurt yourself by going to deep. Also use with steady hands in a calm area. Excellent product, give it a try. Cheers!

My wife loves it because it works better than a needle, but at the same time hates needles. So, I'm usually the one stuck doing it.

The point is so tiny that it makes great little dots in dot painting. The loop is not as useful for dot painting as I'd hoped, but then, it wasn't designed for that.It's also very sharp, so I imagine it would be a good tool for blackheads.

I feel like I get an unnatural amount of bumps in comparison to other people so I wanted something to help me deal with them without leaving scars. I just recently had one swell and tighten my skin to where I couldn't pop it because there was no head and this tool got it to open and drain and heal in one day

This lancet was perfect for a week or two, until the extractor end just snapped off. It bent very easily upon use until it simply broke off.The lancet end is very sharp, though, and works exactly as I hoped so it’s at least great in that regard

The point is extremely fine and sharp. Just a slight prick on my malia’s which showed up on my eyelid made it easy to remove the excess in seconds. Which I new about this before, it would have saved me a trip to the dermatologist in my younger days when I always got the in my eye area. Please note you need to have a steady hand for precision.
