HumphreyGas Light, Hunter Green (9GR), Pre-formed Mantle

It works great. Been using this brand for decades. Recommend using preformed mantles....don’t have patience anymore for the soft ones you have to tie on. Worth the extra money.

The lamp installed reasonably easy, and worked pretty much as advertised... although, not as bright as stated in the description, which states that it is close to 75 watt conventional lamp. It was more like 40 watt incandescent lamp. I was able to communicate directly by phone with the vendor, who was extremely patient and helpful. I was sent a replacement jet for free, that allegedly will make it come closer to full brightness. Have not had a chance to install the jet as yet, so will make a follow up review later if allowed to do so. The vendor also sent me at reasonable cost replacement expendables.Note: This lamp puts out a huge amount of heat through the top opening... a heat shield or significant distance from over head combustibles will be required. also, keep in mind that a pressure reducer is required between a propane tank and the lamp.

Was easy to install. I had to remove old light that had a little different setup. Needed a adapter and wow it was included!!" You know how many things you put together and you have to run to the store 5 times to get it right. Not with this light everything you need is in the box. Highly recommend.

Have this in my home as back up/emergency lighting. Works well, easy install

It is a good quality item, but as I said, I thought a bit too expensive.

Great lights, so much better than propane lanterns

I use these lamps to warm the space. Have never used them as light. Does anyone else do this? I find the the heat shield top helps to warm a room quickly and effectively.
