This product gets out any odors in clothing. It is a must have since I wear dry weave scrubs & for all my sports bras. I pour it in the fabric softener bin. I also use Lysol laundry sanitizer pouring directly on the laundry. No the lysol sanitizer will NOT remove all odors! Get the liquid enhancer not the powder & enjoy fresh smelling laundry.

I use it for soaking washcloths & dishcloths that have NOT been thoroughly wrung out which results in awful, mildewy, offensive smell. ( This can be done in a washing machine, sink or bucket)! If I don’t have the Enhancer on hand, I use baking soda and white vinegar.

I swear this product is a hidden gem for scent removal. It's PERFECT for when jeans/sheets/bedding/towels start to get a little musty, especially if they've been sitting in a drawer or closet for a long time. I also think it works really well on workout/sports clothing. What I like most is that, unlike scent boosters, this doesn't MASK the smell, it completely eliminates it. So this paired with a scent booster (or even just scented laundry detergent) is the perfect recipe for fresh-smelling clothes. I will continue to buy this over and over. I cannot recommend it enough!

I was hoping to give this product NO stars but in order to review it I have to give it a star rating .. so it gets 1 star. I have MCS ( Multiple Chemical Sensitivities) to both fragrances and chemicals. I had done research on this particular product by reading up on it online and calling the company direct. It was my hope that it would remove chemical smells from several different pairs of jeans I had purchased plus a musty odor from another pair of jeans I had. I was assured that the product itself didn’t have ANY fragrance.. Upon opening the bottle there was indeed a fragrance .. I still tried to use it .. Within a short period of time I had a severe headache which made it difficult for me to even concentrate on whatever I was doing. I had to re-rinse my clothes several times AND the product DIDN’T even remove the smells I wanted it to!To top it off I had the strangest taste in my mouth for several weeks afterward.So .. I will not use their product again and I feel totally betrayed by the person I spoke to at their company.I had also bought some (3) of their air purifiers and those too had a strong odor and arrived broken. Not impressed at all.

I have fragrance allergy and use fragrance free laundry detergent. I also use a shared laundry room and everyone else seems to love laundry products that have very strong fragrance. Washers and dryers consistently smell of detergent fragrance which gets on my laundry and lingers for up to a week. My old method of dealing with it was to run each load twice: first with detergent, then with a cup of vinegar which did not always work.EnviroKlenz is a perfect solution for the washer part of my problem. I do have to use a generous amount: usually 4oz per laundromat style top loading machine or more for one particularly smelly type of detergent. But it does get the fragrance out completely. It does leave a very slight chemical odor, but that goes away quickly. Just to be safe, I run an extra cycle just to rinse which eliminates even that odor.On the downside, this product looks pretty much like white latex paint and leaves residue on my measuring cup even after I thoroughly rinse it with hot water. Two wash cycles gets it out of laundry just fine, but if you plan to use it on a hard surface, this may be in an issue.

I tried this because someone recommended it for towels and said that it keeps their towels fresh for a longer time than when they don't use it. I really didn't find this to be the case. I wash towels about 1-2 times a week anyways and by using this I really didn't notice any difference between washings. It is pretty non scented so I did not mind that and it is about the same thickness as laundry detergent. All that being said, I didn't not like it either. There was nothing bad about it. Overall I probably won't order again since it is a bit pricey and I didn't notice a difference.

I gave it a 5 stars on value for your money bcs it gets out pet urine. My cat is in kidney failure and she had an accident on my gorgeous rug and it wiped out the odor. There is no price to put on that!! I gave it 5 stars overall bcs I used in my towels to test and everything came out fluffy and smelling great. There's no scent to this product and I use clear detergent and dryer sheets, so it's the product that makes things fresh.

This product came highly recommended, and was delivered in record time. I feel confident it is as environmentally friendly as advertised, and that it would work well on organic odors [such as pet and mildew] but it was not able to neutralize a horrible fragrance from a stain remover stick applied to a synthetic hiking pant enough to be able to continue to wear the garment, after multiple applications. I will buy again to have on hand for general laundry use.
